Vision

The Bulacan State University is a progress knowledge

generating institution globally recognized for excellent instruction,
pioneering research, and responsive community engagements.

Mission

The Bulacan State University exists to produce highly

competent, ethical and service-oriented professionals that contribute
to the sustainable socio-economic growth and development of the
nation.

Goals

In the pursuit of its mission, the University gears its

initiatives and efforts towards attainment of the following goals:

1. Provide Relevant Quality and Accessible

Education;

2. Provide Innovative and Responsive Research

and Extension Programs;

3. BulSU in Regional Development;

4. Sound Financial Management and Resource

Generation; and

5. Good Governance.
Activity 1
Quality Policy

We at Bulacan State University (BulSU) are commiteed to

provide excellent instruction, research and extension services.
We shall implement an internationally recognized management
system in all aspects of our operations, processes and services in
line with our commitment and in achieving our objectives.
To continually improve our quality performance and the
effectiveness and suitability of our quality management system, we
shall:
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, the
requirements of our stakeholders, industry initiatives and other
requirements we subscribed to;
• Assess the needs of our customers and strive to exceed
their expectations;
• Provide assurance to our students, partners and other
stakeholders to quality services by offering excellent instruction,
pioneering research, and providing value-adding extension
services and responsive engagements;
• Establish quality objectives aimed at improving the
efficiency of our operations, processes abd procedures for
sustainable growth; and
• Capacitiate our employees and staff to maintain a highly
competent, motivated and reliable workforce, thereby ensuring
work is perfomed with excellence.This quality policy shall be
communicated throughout BulSU and made available to interesting
parties, to ensure that it continiously provide us overall direction in
improving customer satisfaction and efficient services.

Reflection: Based on the 3 years studying at BULSU do you think the

VMGQP is met/achieve by Institution. Explain

I think yes, because if the VMGQP can’t achieve the

University is can’t operation properly. And many students can’t
think to enrolled to the University. I also think that, if the University
can’t achieve the VMGQP it can’t be popular and it can’t have
many satellite school/campuses like in the Hagonoy Campus.

My Reflection

Compared the CMO Curriculum and your BSU Curriculum base on the
numbers of units in General Education Subjects, Professional Subjects and
Major Subjects

In General Education, the BSED Major in English

based on CMO and BSED Major in English minor in
Mandarin are have same unit which is 36 units. Also, in
Professional Subjects, the units are42. But in Major
Subjects, BSED Major in English based on CMO and
