An accountant performs financial functions related to the collection, accuracy, recording,

analysis and presentation of a business, organization or company's financial operations. So
during the tax system changed in Malaysia from GST to SST, accountant faced the most
challenged for not getting proper information and this will lead them to record the entries
wrongly and cause inaccuracy.

The Importance of the Issue

It is important for an accountant to record the entries correctly because end of the day the
reports have to be very reliable to all the stakeholders. As the accountant they good the
