TITLE OF TASK:
Writing a Complaint Letter
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE/S:
Given the necessary tools, equipment and materials you will be
able to write a complaint letter using the full blocked format.

SUPPLIES/MATERIALS:
 Microsoft Word or any software equivalent
 Ball point pen
 Sheet of paper (for draft)
 Folder
 Printer
EQUIPMENT:
 Computer with Internet
STEPS/PROCEDURE:
1. Write the draft of the business letter using the following
info below:
- You will be writing a letter about a complaint to
Abenson San Pedro. You bought a Samsung A71
version last week, a demo of the unit was done but
you failed to check the Bluetooth. At home when
you tried a Bluetooth controller, it cannot detect
the device. You want to request for a full
replacement of the item.

2. Using Microsoft Word, please encode the letter, using
full blocked format, with complete parts of a business
letter.

3. Convert the file into PDF format


4. Send the PDF Version of the file to
vacelestial@alum.up.edu.ph and rename the file into
[lastname_complaintletter_ccsb1]
