4 issued to Aneka gas, Additional WO with pigging scheme during drying to
accelerate reaching O2 content target will be required.

5 Seal pig door (QOC) 2 pcs remaining; to be considered to have additional 2 spare

Spare Gasket 12 Pcs 20” for SDV, and interchange blind spade and spacer has

been received at site and consider to relocate at TSF from warehouse
7 Insulation gasket to be relocate to TSF
N2 bottle to be provided for leak test SDV and Pig launcher portion at GOP SPB to
8 be issued.

Remaining pipeline portion at ORF that not leak tested yet, Considering using N2
9 bottle or ISO tank with booster pump.
