Operational Plan

Manpower

Finding of manpower can't be a problem in finding employees since this is a sole

proprietorship business. There will be no requirement for employees because they are those

seven(7) persons who will run the business and thus, personifying being a good citizen, pride of

Bataan and has its love for the province, perseverance and fix curls that business must face. They

are those who are physically fit and has its good physique and mental aspects. And thus, is

responsible for the position that they have taken into accounts, if the majority of the employees

will decide the demotion of an employee and if that person is not doing his/her job appropriately

and not with whole heartedly, he/she will be kicked or either be demoted. The initial number of

employees needed for Bataan's food and trip is just seven (7) excluding the future needed

employees.

These persons will be attending seminars and national certificate-II training workshops

for them to gear and add knowledge that they've get from their tertiary education in the field of

Business and Management.

Material

In terms of the availability of the materials for the production of the products, such is

very convenient and reliable because our major suppliers is located near in the location of the

business. The suppliers of these raw materials are located in the market such as the local Public

Market of Mariveles Bataan. A certain agreement on the pre-operation of the business is done

among these two best known suppliers in Mariveles. The layout of the production section of the
workplace minimizes wasted movement and proper room for the inventories and materials/tools

in production

Machine

As the workshop focuses on the proper use of the materials or tools to be use in the

production, the employees capable to handle a certain tool will be assigned to it. The tools that

are present in the commencement of production are packaging plastics, tape, and

stapler.Substitutes for lower cost of tools for the production is also encouraged.

Method

The Bataan’s Food and Trip strictly implements policies of equal opportunity,

employees-related health restrictions and conduct, and honest customer service. Regardless of

race, gender, sexual orientation or religious and cultural beliefs of a customer, the business

should promote fair treatment to the workplace. Moreover, employees will have to undergo

several tests to check if he/she is capable of doing the provided work in the production as well as

checking if he/she follows the duties and responsibilities laid upon him/her. The conditions of

the employment are strictly monitored such as in the employee behavior, proper dress code and

mindful of the workplace safety procedures.

The Bataan’s Food and Trip functions as to how the customers would like it to be.

Starting from the chosen orientation of the products’ appearance and the policies of good

customer service are evaluated and maintained. Furthermore, the business should be able to

generate its expected increase in sales (20%) and loyal customers through its transparency and

integrity of providing high quality and low cost products to everyone. The Bataan’s Food and

Trip functions, not only on the physical business location but also through the Internet, among
the social media and other famous platforms of today. One factor that the business gives

importance to is the waste management practices itself.
