ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITES AS A SITE ENGINEER:
 Act as the main technical adviser on a erection site for subcontractors, craft
people and operatives.
 Set out, level and inspect the site.
 Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
 Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance.
 Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
 Agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for
the intended project.
 Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the
site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
 Plan the work and efficiently organise the plant and site facilities in order to
meet agreed deadlines.
 Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
 Prepared reports as required.
  Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may
arise.

ERECTION SITE EXPERIENCE:

PROJECT: EXIT AND EMERGENCY LIGHT INSTALLTION
SITE: GREEN LINE TUNNEL, QATAR RAIL
 The project of normal light, exit and emergency light installation in tunnel.
 Inspection of the site, drawings, design on the project.
 Installation of trunking and fittings materials, three phase cabling, junction
boxes, normal light and led exit light as per the design and drawings.
 The termination work for the junction boxes and lights.
 Inspect the project and quality control work then do the report the clients.
PROJECT: CCTV INSTALLTION
SITE: SHERATON GRAND HOTEL, WEST BAY.
 Inspect the site and drawings for cctv installation on the car parking area.
 Check the approved materials for the project. The materials are G.I. conduit
fittings, wire cables.
 Installing of conduit fittings, wire cable, panel, poles for cctv.
 The termination work for the panel to cctv.
 Finally inspect and quality control work and submit the report for the clients.
PROJECT: FIRE TELEPHONE INSTALLTION
SITE: AL RAYYAN AL QADEEM STAION, QATAR RAIL.
 Inspection of the site for the devices installation and marking of the exact
places as per the drawings.
 The works in the G.I. conduit fittings, cable pulling and looping for the
devices fixing places.
 The fire telephone devices of CC1, MODULE and TELEPHONE JACK.
 The termination work for devices and panel installations.
 Testing of the devices, panel connections, telephone jacks, cable loops and
labelling.
 The commissioning of this fire telephone project.
 maintain the manpower, daily schedule for the works, material arrangement,
leadership.
MAINTENANCE EXPERINACE AND SKILLS:
PROJECT: FACILITY MANAGEMENT (MEP MAINTENANCE)
SITE: AL ASMAK MALL AND STRAGETIC PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
 Trouble shooting of heat ventilation air conditioning, air cooled chiller, air
handling unit, fan coil unit, duct round and rectangular, split and window ac
maintenance.
  Electrical components circuit breakers, contactors, lights and socket
maintenance.
 Plumbing working in pvc, ppr with insulation pipe cutting, joining, all type of
valves, fittings plumbing components motor pump, pressure booster pump
maintenance.
 Perform in fire alarm and fire fighting maintenance smoke detector, heat
detector, sprinkler, manual alarm, drain testing, valve testing and maintenance.

development to personnel on shift
 Assist with scheduling of work for off-hour events; which may include off-
hour performance of supervisor duties
