Busines analytics help improve profitability of the business, increase market share and revenue and provide better return to the shareholders. However, Business analysis is used to solve complex business problems and give efficient solutions. Business Analysis focuses on function and processes – determining business requirements and suggesting solutions. Business analysis is the practice of assisting firms in resolving their technical difficulties by understanding, defining, and solving those issues. Business analysis skills revolve around understanding the structure, processes, policies and operations of an organization. Organizations can improve their strategic and technical skills by understanding current market scenario, with the help of business analysis.
