Equitable Tower, Paseo De Roxas Ave., Makati City, do hereby appoint, name and constitute, ENGR.
ACE KINGBER DIAMOND Y. LADIPE, holding a position of Inhouse Geodetic Engineer, as the true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for the company and in my name, place and stead, to request, process and
accept/pick-up the Political Boundary Map of CAD 1357-D General Nakar Cadastre in Surveys and
Mapping Division of Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Office No. IV-A
(CALABARZON).

Hereby giving and granting unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as the company and I might or could lawfully do if
personally present hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do
