TOM YUM KUNG SOUP:
 A traditional bowl of Tom Yum is an aromatic
infusion of kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, and
galangal, boiled in water with shrimp, chilies,
and typically some kind of vegetable, and lime
juice.
 Tom yum soup is a Thai soup it is available in 3
different flavors chicken, shrimp and fish.
 It’s popular because it includes a balance of
flavors, ingredients, and textures, all in a single
bowl.
 When you take a bite of a sour, spicy, and
perfectly creamy (from the shrimp) bowl of Tom
Yum kung, it’s one of the best tastes of
Thailand.
THAI SPICY BEEF BASIL:

The beef and herbs get tossed in a
rich sauce made up of soy sauce, dark
soy sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce
and oyster sauce. Serve this Thai Beef

 WEAKNESS
 Ginsoy and Ban Thai are the biggest competitors because we
starts our restaurant from few months ago and they already have
customers equity because their restaurant build few years ago.
 Lack of hiring professional educated employees because of high
illiteracy rate.
 We don’t have any franchise but only two main branches in
Karachi.
 Price of food is higher than a local street restaurant of Karachi.

 SOI THAI are new in the market but because of our best services and original
quality taste of Thai food makes our restaurant to be on a top in market.
 If we open more branches in coming years can make us earn more revenue
 We also doing some sort of social and charitable activities, this will improve the
public image of SOI THAI restaurant.
 We open our kitchen on monday to meet our chef and visit our kitchen, it
makes our customer believe in our restaurant and faster to make loyal
customers.
 If we lower the price rate of food or tax it will attract the large number of
customers.

 THREATS
 SOI THAI is dealing in food which is directly related to the health
of consumers. Therefore it would be threat to our restaurant if we
don’t use the best quality product and fresh meat vegetables etc.
 In Pakistan there is high political uncertainty, which is harmful for
the economic and industrial development. This political instability
also poses threats for SOI THAI .
VISION
To provide our customers with a realistic dining experience,
which is enjoyable, delicious, and represents the best
quality of service. Our customers should experience the Thai
culture food ,and the dishes which are the same as those
found if they actually traveled to Thailand for their meal.
MISION
 TO ensure that each guest receives prompt, professional,
friendly and courteous service . To maintain a clean,
comfortable and well maintained premises for our guests
and staff. To provide at fair price-nutritional , well-prepared
meals using only quality ingredients. To ensure that all guests
and staff are treated with the respect and dignity they
deserve.
