1. Product description.
1.1 Product description.
The transmitter adopts a wall-mounted waterproof shell, which is mostly used in harsh outdoor
and field environments. Probes are available in a variety of types, suitable for different sites,
widely used in communication rooms, warehouse buildings and automatic control and other
places where temperature monitoring is required. The use of standard industrial interface
4~20mA/0~10V/0~5V analog signal output, can be connected to the field Digital display table,
PLC, inverter, industrial control host and other equipment. Safe and reliable, beautiful
appearance, easy to install.
1.2 Features.
Accurate measurement using a measuring unit imported from Switzerland. A dedicated analog
circuit is used for a wide range of uses. 10~30V wide voltage range power supply, complete
specifications, easy installation. It can be applied to the four-wire system and the third-line
connection method at the same time.

3 Wiring
3.1: Power wiring
Wide voltage 10~30V DC power input. For 0-10V output devices, only 24V can be used.
3.2: Output interface wiring
The device comes standard with 2 independent analog outputs. At the same time, it is
suitable for three-wire system and four-wire system.

4. Calculation method.
4.1 Current output signal conversion calculation.
For example, the range -40~+80 degrees Celsius, the 4~20mA output, and when the output
signal is 12mA, the current temperature value is calculated. The span of this temperature range
is 120 degrees, expressed with a 16mA current signal, 120 degrees/16mA=7.5 degree/mA, that
is, the current 1mA represents a temperature change of 7.5 degrees. Measurement value
12mA-4mA=8mA.8mA*7.5 degree/mA=60. 60+ (-40) =20 degrees, the current temperature is
20 degrees. 4.2 Voltage output signal conversion calculation For example range -40~+80
degrees Celsius, 0-10V output, when the output signal is 5V, the current temperature value is
calculated. The span of this temperature range is 120 degrees, expressed by 10V voltage signal,
120 degrees/10V=12 degree/V, that is, voltage 1V represents 12 degrees of temperature change.
Measurement value 5V-0V=5V.5V*12 degree/V=60. 60+ (-40) =20 degrees, the current
temperature is 20 degrees. 5. Frequently asked questions and solutions there are no possible
causes of output or output errors:
Open the package and select “Debug Software”---“485 Parameter Configuration Software” to
open it. Note: Only one device can be connected when changing the address and baud rate using
this configuration software.
1. Select the correct COM port ("My Computer - Properties - Device Manager - Port" to view
the COM port). The following figure lists the drive names of several different 485 converters.
2. Connect only one device and power on separately. Click the test baud rat e of the software.
5
The software will test the baud rate and address of the current device. The default baud rate
is 4800 bit/s and the default address is 0x01.
3. Modify the address and baud rate according to the needs of use, and query the current
functional status of the device.
4. If the test is not successful, please re-check the equipment wiring and 485 driver
installation.
