JOB DESCRIPTION
CEO ASSISTANT/ PROJECT MANAGER
We are a start-up company specializing in Business Intelligence.

We provide enterprises with technological solutions that help them to improve the proficiency,
competitiveness and cut off cost.

Our mission is to change the legacy ways that people make decisions. Now with centralized data, we
leverage our customers to a Data-Driven Decision-making culture.

Your role is to be a bridge between clients and technicians. You have the voice on how the clients should
do the business, you have the voice on how products should be built to serve the client’s needs.

1.) Responsibility
- Working with clients to get the requirements, feedback (mail, chat, meeting)
- Arrange the timetable, schedule for tasks
- Assign tasks to members
- Monitor progress, performance
- Handling results and present to clients
- Research about technology trends
- Report to CEO regarding performance and issues.
- Support CEO in document works.
2.) Requirements
- Good English skill (4 skills)
- Good project management skill
- Familiar with the concept of Scrum, Agile
- Knowledgeable and eager to learn about the domain (Big Data, Business Intelligence, Data
Science)
- Good soft skill (communication, team-work, resilient, agile)
- Professional working habit.
3.) Working condition
- Working time: 9AM – 6PM
- Working location: 48/17L Ho Bieu Chanh, Phu Nhuan, HCM
4.) Benefit

- Billable OT time (weekend x2, holiday x3)
- Salary: Negotiable (min 8 mils), probation: 2 months
