Role:

Entrepreneur In Residence

About the role:

If you’ve always wanted to become an entrepreneur but did not take the leap of faith
due to whatever reasons, then this is the next closest thing you could do to experience
what entrepreneurship is all about. As an EIR, you’ll be closely working with the
founding team and hustle all the way to turn ideas into reality. Here’s what you’ll be
typically doing [Disclaimer: You’ll be doing a lot! :D]

- Conduct market research to validate ideas and develop existing/new business


plan
- Demonstrate POC (Proof of concept) for new ideas through any means
- Ideate and turn any product-related ideas into wireframes
- Develop go-to-market strategies for sales, marketing, and communications
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders across various departments to plan
omni-channel campaigns
- Work with the founding team and set KPIs, and actionable goals
- Learn any technology, tool, method, concept etc. that you might need to get your
job done
- Make presentations to internal stakeholders to get buy-in
- Make pitch decks, brochures, documents, and collaterals that might be required
throughout the sales and marketing cycles
- Sell! Yes, sell your ideas internally as well as to acquire the first few customers
- Dig the data along with the leadership team, derive insights, work with
stakeholders, tighten the screws and help improve business metrics

Eligibility Criteria:

B. E. / B. Tech (Any stream) – CGPA of 7.5 and above

CTC:

INR 7.2 LPA (inclusive of a joining bonus of INR 1 L)

Internship:

6 months (until you complete the course), stipend of INR 15K per month

Location:

Currently Work From Home, Coimbatore post normalcy.
