Subject:-Invoice No. 11
Dear Sirs,
The Consultant of the referenced project, Best Consulting Engineers Plc, has submitted Invoice
No. 11 for the supervision service rendered during the month of June 2020 G.C, through their
letter with Ref. No. BCE/PMT/S-054/1/11 dated 17th December 2020 G.C amounting Birr
3,081,517.00 (Birr Three Million Eighty One Thousand Five Hundred Seventeen) including 15%
VAT for the above referenced project.
On the above payment upon the delivery of all the requirements, adjustments has been made on
the below listed items which were deducted on the previous payments due to the Consultant’s
failure to provide all necessary documents and testimonies.
 Transportation Expenses (vehicles with running cost) has been included upon approval of
the specifications of the vehicles submitted by the Consultant starting from the
commencement dated of the project i.e. 7th August 2019 G.C.
 Office rent cost effective from 14th September 2019 G.C to 10th December 2019 G.C has
been included upon acceptance of the submitted rental agreement.
 Office Expenses (Office Furniture, Communication Costs, Drafting Reports Computer
and Software) has also been included for the period from 14 th September 2019 G.C to 10th
December 2019 G.C.
 The Consultant had used the main head office as a project office from 7th August 2019
G.C to 14th September 2019 G.C and the Resident Engineer had confirmed that their head
office had allocated all the required resources for the project starting from the
commencement dated of the project through his letter with Ref. No.
BCE/APGl/AACRA/155/2020 dated 28th December 2020 G.C; hence the related office
expenses for the above stated period (Office Furniture, Communication Costs, Drafting
Reports Computer and software) have been released by this invoice.
Therefore, you are hereby advised to effect the above stated amount to the Consultant, Best
Consulting Engineers Plc, as per the attached payment certificate.
