1. INTRODUCTION

This manual is for plants using the screen of sections with stuck gobs at the hot end.

The hot end operator is able to alert the cold end operator of one or more sections
with stuck gobs and warn him of a possible presence of glass at the cold end.

The hot end operator selects one ore more sections with stuck gobs before
clicking the "Confirm" button.
An alarm is sent to the cold end.

3. COLD END ALARM

The alarm received at the cold end requires an operator validation. It indicates the
section with stuck gobs and the mold numbers involved.

Once the alarm is validated by the operator, a message is saved in the SILC
Notepad.
