GREENFIELD PROJECT FROM 2500 T / d
The design criteria used in the selection of the tanks were based on the respective calculations of the reagent
consumption described in the calculation memory. To identify the appropriate tanks, we have used the
KOZEGHO company catalog, a document on which we have based on the selection of both tanks and their
agitators. In the same way, the choice of secondary equipment for each stage has been based on catalogs.

FERROSILICON
The Ferrosilico arrives in powder in BIG BAG with bags inside, with a capacity of 1000 Kg. This reagent
arrives from Arequipa in trucks that load a maximum of 20 T, after the arrival of the cargo trucks to the
mining unit, (Orders are monthly), they are unloaded by forklift to the reagent warehouse. For
preparation, the required daily BIG BAGs are transferred by forklift directly to the preparation area; in
this case the reagent dosing is direct by means of dosing pumps.
Distribution
LIME PLANT
The lime arrives as a bulk solid in a big bag, with polypropylene bags inside to protect the lime, in a
capacity of 1000 kg. This reagent arrives from Arequipa in trucks that load a maximum of 45 Tons, after
the arrival of the cargo trucks to the mining unit, the orders will be monthly for big bags of lime, which
are unloaded by forklift to the reagent depot. For the preparation of the milk of lime, the big bags
necessary for the daily preparation are transferred directly to the preparation area by means of the
forklift, for the process of making the milk of lime.
