Sub : Extension – Progress Report – Fee Payment for

July 2021 session – Reg.

Considering the present situation aroused due to Covid-19 pandemic and associated
lockdown, the following exemption are approved:

1. The scholars are exempted from submitting the semester progress report for the period
January - June 2021 and advised to submit the yearly progress report by
December 2021.

2. For the scholars who had completed 6 years of Ph.D programme as on 30.06.2021 has
been granted one year extension upto 30.06.2022. The extension letter shall be issued
soon.

3. The late fee and readmission fee related to semester fee payment for the July 2021
session is waived off.

Ph.D. / M.S. (By Research) scholars are instructed to pay the semester fee for
July 2021 session through ONLINE MODE via the link – https://cfr.annauniv.edu/scholars. The
fee payment portal shall be open from 01.08.2021 till 20.08.2021.

All scholars are informed that the submission of thesis after 31.07.2021 will be accepted
only against the payment of semester fee for July – December 2021 session.
