LUNCH CONCERTS

Monday to Sunday - [12 - 3 PM CEST]

● the venue is open an hour before the performance for set up / soundcheck / quick
rehearsal etc.
● concert format is two sets of 75min (with 30min break) _ the ‘Village Vanguard’
format
● the repertoire of the concerts are original music and arrangements
● the concerts start on time
● the streams start 5 min before the concert, runs for 180min without a break (no
streaming break in the break - it keeps on filming), and it ends immediately after the
last set
● the sets are performed using acoustic instruments only (no amplification except for
guitar and voice)
● the volume of the playing is adjusted to the db meter set in the venue (max 85db) -
playing volume taking account the room, neighbours and legal restrictions..
● dress code: ‘nice’, concert outfits
● the concerts which follow in the afternoon start at 4 pm

1. AFTERNOON CONCERTS

Monday to Friday - [4 PM - 7 PM CEST]

● the previous concert finishes at 3pm - the band has an hour to set up / soundcheck
(the venue/cafe is open to the public during the set up / soundcheck)
● concert format is two sets of 75min (with 30min break) _ the ‘Village Vanguard’
format
● the repertoire of the concerts are artists original music and arrangements
● the concerts start on time
● the streams start 5 min before the concert, runs for 180min without a break (no
streaming break in the break - it keeps on filming), and it ends immediately after the
last set
● the sets are performed using acoustic instruments only (no amplification except for
guitar and voice)
● the volume of the playing is adjusted to the db meter set in the venue (max 85db) -
playing volume taking account the room, neighbours and legal restrictions..
● the Stand-up comedy shows that follows the concert start at 7.30pm or 8pm (the
audience can come in at any time)
Saturday - [4PM - 5.30PM]

● the previous concert finishes at 3pm - the band has an hour to set up / soundcheck
(the venue / cafe is open to the public during the set up / soundcheck)
● concert format is two sets of 40 min (with 10min break)
● the concerts start on time
● the repertoire of the concerts are artists original music and arrangements
● the streams start 5 min before the concert, runs for 90min without a break (no
streaming break in the break - it keeps on filming), and it ends immediately after the
last set
● the sets are performed using acoustic instruments only (no amplification except for
guitar and voice)
● the volume of the playing is adjusted to the db meter set in the venue (max 85db) -
playing volume taking account the room, neighbours and legal restrictions..
● dress code: ‘nice’, concert outfits
● the Stand-up comedy shows that follows the concert start at 6pm (the audience can
come in at any time)

Current compensation policy:

● all the concerts are streamed live through a platform ‘yourkrowd’ (cost of 1 ticket:
6eur)
● all the online tickets income (after deducting the expenses from the streaming
platform) goes to the performing artists
● the income is communicated to the artists via email (with the number of tickets sold
and commission fee deducted), upon which the artist issues one invoice (for 6
performances)
● the venue is open to the public (with reservations or signing in at the entrance -
corona measures), and the entrance is with a suggested donation (6eur). All the
income from the entrance donations goes to the performing artists.

Additional information:

● a selection of the performances will be afterwards published on youtube, with artists

consent
● Upon request, the artists can receive the video / audio of the performance recording,
which is the same as the live stream recording (on usb key or hard drive), for their
private use unless agreed otherwise.

All last minute changes on both parties will be communicated as soon as possible via email.
