[FITNESS HORRA] We came up with Jewish Fitness. Yes! Effective & fun training ends up as NEW HORRA DANCING, in a circle, smiling - cause everybody have learned the moves during the fitness session, without noticing!

COMMUNAL BLOCK [FITNESS HORRA]

[Fitness Horra] is a 60-minutes non-stop tness session. Participants repeat moves after the presenters on a stage (two or more), with the music. Each session has its unique style & consists of 5 parts: 1. Warm up. (2 music tracks) 2. Sonsists of 3music tracks: the rst two are ment for learning the moves, and the 3rd is the music for the dance itself. 3. The same, as the previous one, but the dance is different. 4. Dancing the learned dances in a circle with participants. 5. Cool down. (1 music track) During 1 session participants learn 2 New Horras, get cardio training & become united. Each session should be provided a few times, for the better remembering of the dances and a right distribution of physical activity. The sessions are fun & natural & as a result participants learn 2 New Horras, get thoughtfull physical training & become a united group.

Number of participants: 10 people min, 1000 people max. Age of participants: 10 - 65 Time of the session: 60 mins, with one 30-seconds break. Dress-code: Comfortable clothes for tness & dancing. Space: 40 square meters minimum, ventilated (with windows). Can be provided in an open-air. Equipment: - professional audio-system, working with 2 (or more) headmicrophones. - Professional light for presenters on a stage.

Cost of the course: $1000 without taxes For St. Petersburg. Also to be payed (if not in St. Petersburg): - transportation - 2 nights in a hotel Pre-payment 100%

[PARTY HORRA] This program will ll any massive event with Jewish Content & will create an atmosphere of unity on the danceoor.

This program is meant for organized events (city celebrations, night-club parties, seminars, etc.) to bring an additional Jewish content through dance & to refresh an atmosphere/dynamics. Participants repeat moves after the presenters on a stage (two or more), with the music. Each session (10 variations) has its unique style & consists of learning & dancing one New Horra with participants. The programs being prepared for each particular event, taking into consideration all the details (alcohol, high heals & so on). During one program, participants learn 1 New Horra & become a united group.

Number of participants: 10 people min, 1000 people max. Age of participants: 10 - 65 Time of the session: 15 mins Space: 40 square meters minimum, ventilated (with windows). Can be provided in an open-air. Equipment: - professional audio-system, working with 2 (or more) headmicrophones. - Professional light for presenters on a stage.

[CONFERENCE HORRA] This program will shake any conference up with Jewish beats & moves and will create an atmosphere of unity in a room.
