        The working hours of the company are between 09 a.m and 06 p.m., but it can vary, up to
the employee preference.
        The selection process involves several stages, including the selection of CVs, the testing
of candidates which involves a test of numerical skills and verbal skills. The next steps differ,
depending on the department you want to work in. You can be invited to an individual
interview or to an assessment centre.
         For full-time positions, the selection period is different and is carried out during an
academic year, with the aim that the future employee can start his career immediately after
graduation.

Job description 
Job title: Audit Assistant Manager
Location:  KPMG Bucuresti (69-71 Ploiesti street Romania, DN1 69-71, București 075100)
Type of contract: 6 h part-time job 
Type of job: administrative
Reports to: TBC
Duties:
 Ability to obtain and present appropriate audit evidence, address the relevant audit
objectives, and demonstrates its relevance to the rest of the audit.
  Document the results of their audit work in accordance with KPMG Audit Methodology,
regulatory requirements, and using applicable IT systems and tools.
  Identify audit differences and issues and escalate as appropriate.
 Demonstrate knowledge of prevailing accounting standards, accounting disclosure
requirements, and applying these to allocated work.
  Attend and apply all audit and accounting training within the set deadlines.

 Graduate degree in Accounting or related field.


 Fully qualified in any of the following international professional qualifications – CA, ACCA,
ACA, CPA.
Knowledge of best practice reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards.
Advance  English- is considered a plus

Induction training

introduced to the new information about:

-        presenting the code of conduct,core values, vision, mission, objectives
-        what to do in the event of fire or an accident, holiday and sickness arrangements

       -     Audit department


-    introduce the new employee to colleagues, and people that will enter in contact with,
departmental objectives, specific working hours, meal breaks and rules of conduct

Training sessions 

During the 7 days training held by Chief of Audit Department and some specialized
trainers in the company the new employee will:
-get familiar with the type of documents that he/she will work with
-get in touch with the system, learning specific keywords
-accommodate with the routine and time management
-be put in a cries management situation
-meeting and working with the other employees

-the new employee has to report his/her decisions to his/her superiors and get the approval

Performance appraisal
Continuous evaluation in the first 6 months. The people in the team evaluate weekly the
person hired by giving them a grade in the system. In case of unappropriated feedback the
employee will be reconsidered and revaluate by HR team and if the result is negative this will
be the case of the end of contract.
Self Review - Provide a custom review form to each employee
Performance Previews -  performance appraisal focuses on the past, a performance preview
looks to the future
