Actor Shin Hyun-bin (34) has been promoted from "Seul Eui-saeng" to "Eating Show Fairy.

"

Shin had an interview with tvN's Thursday drama "Wise Life as a Doctor" at a cafe in Cheongdam-dong,
Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 1st.

The drama is about a 20-year-old chemistry between people living in a hospital called a miniature of
their lives and their 20-year-old friends. It depicts the life of Lee Ik-jun (Cho Jung-seok), Ahn Jung-won
(Yoo Yeon-seok), Kim Joon-wan (Jung Kyung-ho), Yang Seok-hyung (Kim Dae-myung), and Chae Song-
hwa (Jeon Mi-do) at Yulje Hospital.

Shin plays Jang Winter, a third-year surgical resident at Yulje Hospital. Jang Winter is the sole resident of
a surgeon, receiving the greatest attention among professors. Though he unintentionally hurts people
around him with his cold way of speaking and blunt personality, he is passionate about taking care of
patients. Jang Winter fell in love with Ahn Jung-won at first sight a long time ago, but when he tried to
become a bride, he confessed his love and received a kiss, heralding the birth of a couple in season 2.

Shin also played an unexpected "eating fairy" in "Seul Eui-saeng." His growing cheeks and eating
sandwiches stimulated viewers' salivary glands. Shin Hyun-bin said, "Thank you so much. I heard that I
want to eat the sandwich I eat in the midst of an interesting reaction. Eating has never been an issue. I
think they thought I was cute when I ate snacks. I tried to eat hard in the field. There was also a passage
in the script that said, "I eat Sandwich violently." I learned my habits when I ate. When I open my mouth
wide when I eat, he closes his eyes. I think it was funny that I didn't intend to do it," he said.

"When I ate chocolate, it disappeared from my mouth, so I was fine, but it wasn't easy to do while
eating sandwiches," he said. "I practiced eating while ordering food at home," he said. "I tried to push
myself in and swallow my lines, and they seemed to enjoy it. "I've had about a dozen chocolate cookies
a scene.

Shin Hyun-bin said, "I've never acted while eating, but it wasn't easy, but fortunately, I think it fit well
with the character," and interpreted the character, "Winter, who didn't have time to eat, seemed to eat
well to relieve stress."
"Winter Garden couple, wanted to draw pretty, affectionate and fresh."

Shin Hyun-bin, who played the role of Jang Winter in the tvN 2020 Thursday drama "Wise Life as a
Doctor" (written by Lee Woo-jung / directed by Shin Won-ho),

Jang Gyeoul, played by Shin Hyun-bin, seems cold due to her blunt personality, but she is more
passionate than anyone else when it comes to caring for patients. Although she seemed indifferent, she
grew up as a doctor by meeting various patients and playing an important role in medical science and
growth drama. Not only that, but also the cute love story for unrequited love was well received by
viewers as the episodes went on, showing a distinct narrative and individuality.

Shin Hyun-bin has also made a splash as an actor, showing his presence in "Wise Doctor Life," following
dramas such as "Queen of Reason," "Mistress," "Confession," movies "Byunsan," and "The beast who
want to claws”

Here's a question and answer with Shin Hyun-bin.

-How do you feel?

▶The 12th episode is over by the last episode. Since it's aired once a week, I can't believe it ended after
a long time compared to the 12th episode. It was such a pleasant and happy time that I wondered how
time passed while filming and watching the show.

-They're the most talked-about couple in the ending.

▶The winter or garden has been slow, but the ending came out in the last episode, so they seem to
have been interested. The speed seems to be right for the two. I was the first person to love, and there
were dreams and situations surrounding jeongwon.

- Two people continue at the end of season 1, did they know and act from the beginning?

▶We didn't know how the ending would turn out, and we guessed among ourselves. I didn't know
when, but I thought it would work out. I thought that he was going to confess, and that's how the script
unfolds. I talked a lot with the director and senior Yeon-seok about expressing emotions well. I wanted
to draw pretty, affectionate and fresh.
-.The expression 'Stay beside me, not God' was interesting.

The writer wrote it well. I thought it was a line that could be interpreted on both sides. I thought it could
be interpreted as a wish for success or a wish to remain in this hospital. It's not just that you like me. I
didn't think it was a confession to accept. I was hesitating until the day before and his mother came. It's
been more than two months since she left, so if I had thought it would work, I would have confessed
before then. Last but not least, she thought she had to talk because she had no choice but to come to
the end.

-The reaction to the sudden kiss scene.

▶I didn't think so. Ahn Jeongwon thought that there was a process of agonizing and admitting his mind,
and that such a heart exploded. I didn't even think it was sudden. If you keep your emotions under
control, they will explode. I thought it was that kind of emotion that Gyeoul confessed. I thought the
Jeongwon was shown by action instead of words.

-It's the only love line that's complete, but what is the reaction of the actors around you

▶We are also enjoying the drama, so we were interested in each other's script. They said you're finally
going to be you. I think that's what he said because it seems to be the result of his accumulated
emotions.

-When it comes to winter or nicknames.

▶I heard such a nickname came out at the beginning of the show. I heard it through the staff and knew
about Yeonseok. Thank you for calling me by that nickname and supporting me, and the words are so
pretty. I wondered how they made it so pretty.

-The experience of a crush.

I have experience too. Everyone has one. In front of Ik-jun, he confesses everything, but can he? I
wondered if Gyeoul was able to do so because she didn't have any scars. I thought it was brave. I don't
think I was that brave. I was new because I didn't fall in love at first sight. I know it's possible, but I
wondered how to express this. However, she tried to show that she was working or focused and
unshakable.
-Are there any other couples you cheered for besides the expected couple?

▶ There is a story about whether Songhwa's love line is Ikjun or Chihong, and I think I changed my mind
while watching it, and we know some of the contents, but I wondered how much more the viewers
would focus on it. Personally, I hoped that that Seokhyeong and Minha couple, which was not shown at
the end, would do well. There was a separate love line that I pushed. I was really looking forward to the
space couple. (Uju loveline) Will Mone be able to see this love line. This 'share' is being pushed.

-There are a lot of people who appear. How did you show your character's persuasive power?

▶I thought the feelings of each person were clear. It's a story about a person and I thought each person
had the right image. I focused the most on the emotional lines used in the script. I didn't feel anything at
all, so I tried to act in line with the script.

-What did Jeongwon like about Winter?

I think the relationship started with misunderstanding. It seems that Jeongwon thought something
didn't fit her, and that her attitude toward patients was different from him. The starting point of such a
change of thought might have been the scene of maggots being removed. Although the way of
expression is different, his belief as a doctor and his mind as a patient are firm. There must have been a
bit of sorry and nervousness when the Jeongwon thought he was wrong. I thought it might have
changed so little by little. I feel like Its getting deeper.

The special stress reliever for the long winter, which is overworked as the only
resident of the surgeon, was food. In-house meals, bread, cup noodles,
Choco Pie, and sandwiches have become the signature of the long winter.

The loveliness and cuteness that are inherent in the long winter are
maximized when eating food. In particular, the sandwich mukbang has drawn
attention with its "snap" that evokes a desire for late-night snacks, and has
received enthusiastic responses from various online communities, including
SNS.

Another interview:

"I also had a lot of fun reactions. There was also a passage in the script
titled "Eating Sandwich violently." I could find a habit that is not a habit
when I eat because I dip it. I had a habit of closing my eyes when I
opened my mouth wide. I thought it would work because it looked like a
wink, but I think it was funny how I didn't intend to do it.

Shin Hyun-bin then said, "The sandwich was very big and thick. At the
scene, the temperature cooled down, so it was less flowing, so I filmed it
like that. "When I ate, I went right before the NG came out, and I think
they thought it was cute," he said. "That was also fun."

Shin Hyun-bin, in particular, said,
