- choose Create and enter 'XXHRA_ACCEPT_OR_NOT'
- select Module 'Oracle Middleware Extensions for Applications'
- choose Validation Type 'Independent'
- choose Value Data Type 'Character
- choose Value Subtype ‘Type’
- enter Maximum Length ‘15’

- search Value Set Code ‘XXHRA_ACCEPT_OR_NOT’ and choose Manage Value button
- choose Create to add list of values ie. I accept and I do not accept
(N) Manage Descriptive Flexfields
- search Flexfield Code ‘HRA_EVALUATIONS’

- choose Create Global Segments

(N) My Information > Performance > My Evaluations
- customize Additional Information region to be rendered only for Final Feedback task using EL
Expression

Repeat the same for My Manager Evaluations
