1.How DID Francisco Balagtas become a prominent Filipino?


Answer: Francisco Balagtas was known because of his
incredible dedication in the field of literary. Francisco Balagtas
published the famous epic "Florante at Laura" in 1838 which
sense the first Filipino literary piece that made its way to be a
part of history. According to the article that I read earlier ,it said
there that "Florante at Laura" was published along Dr. Jose
Rizal "Noli me Tangere". "Florante at Laura" and "Noli me
Tangere" Ara considered as among Philippine literary
masterpiece. His other literary pieces includes "Orosman at
Zafira" a comedy in four parts, Don Nuñoand Selinda,
Aurendato at Astrome, "three part comedy Clara Belmere,
Balaceto at Dorslica,"Abdol at Misereanan", Alamansor at
Rosalinda, a comedy staged at Udyong During the town's feat,
"La India elegant y El Negrito Amante, a short play at one part
and "Nuda Gordeno and he continued writing "awit" and
"moro-moro" until his death on February 20, 1862 at age 74
and he become a prominent Filipino because of making
historical and exceptional literary and novels

2. Give atleast one social, political, economic and cultural issue


in the Philippine History that you think greatly affects the
current state of our country and please elaborate.
Answer: I think Commonwealth Constitution was one or I
should say has still the greatest that affects the current state of
our country.The 1935 Constitution provided the legal basis of
the Commonwealth Government which was considered a
transition government before the granting of the Philippine
independence with American-inspired constitution; the
Philippine government would eventually pattern its
government system after American government. While the
dominant influence in the constitution was American, it also
bears traces of Malolos Constitution, the German, Spanish and
Mexican Constitutions, and several South American Countries
and the unwritten English Constitution. Draft was approved by
the Constitutional convention on 8 February 1935 and ratified
by the U.S president Franklin D. Roosevelt on 25March 1935.
