To ensure the timely delivery of your parcel, please follow these simple steps:

1. Print out this email (or to save paper, only the label) - TWICE
2. Add any missing information to BOTH labels, in particular under Section 4 (Alternative Delivery
Instructions) and Section 6 (Hazardous Goods)*
3. Place one label INSIDE the parcel (this is the back-up label in case the other label gets
damaged/detached)
4. Tape the other label on the outside of the parcel where it can be easily read by our drivers and
sorting team – take care that your tape does not obscure any of the information on the label
5. Make sure there will be someone available at the Collection Address up to the stated latest
Collection Time to ensure we can collect the parcel, and someone at the Delivery Address up to the
stated latest Delivery Time to ensure we can deliver the parcel
6. Once the parcel has been collected by one of our drivers, you and/or the recipient (as selected by
you when you booked) will be able to track its progress throughout its journey using your app or
web portal, or using the status links that will be sent to you at each stage of the delivery process. An
estimated delivery time will be provided once the parcel is on its way to the Delivery Address

If you think anything is incorrect with the booking details shown on the label, please EITHER (a) edit the
booking OR (b) cancel it and make a new booking, using any of our available channels. (Please do not make
last minute changes by email as they may not be read/actioned in time.)
