MMP Group (Munir AlMunif Plastic), Riyadh KSA:– Manufacture and sales of plastic pipes and fittings.
My main achievements are
o Transformed the business model of the transportation department from sub-division to
a full division with separate P&L
o Established Express delivery service to reach small customers within 24 hours.
o Built new teams targeting to server small orders.
o Opened new three miner store inside Riyadh (north, south and mid of Riyadh)

facility management and operations in line with corporate policies and guidelines.
 Lead a multi-site supply chain company that concentrated on supply planning, vendor management,
warehouse operations, logistics and delivery, and outsourcing non-value added activities
