MOTION TO RESET HEARING

DEFENDANTS, through the undersigned counsels and to this Honorable Court
most respectfully states that:
1. The hearing of this case has been set on July 22, 2021 at 8:30 in the morning;

2. However, the undersigned counsels hereby regretfully informs the Honorable

Court that they cannot attend the said hearing because one of the counsels
need to attend to a hearing that has been set at Regional Trial Court, Branch
39 at Lubuagan, Kalinga. On the other hand, the other counsel is presently in
Manila to attend to an equally important prior commitment;

3. With this, the undersigned is constrained to respectfully request the Honorable

Court to reset the hearing of the instant case to another date, subject to the
availability of the Honorable Court’s calendar;

4. This motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay the proceedings
of the instant case.

WHEREFORE, based on the premises presented, it is most respectfully prayed

that the hearing of the instant case be reset to another date, subject to the availability of
the Honorable Court’s calendar.

This is hereby submitted today, the 20th day of July, in Tabuk City, Kalinga,
Philippines.
