of consultancy, in this regards I would like to express my interest in leasing your
commercial space Unit 9, VL Plaza Building Fil-Am Friendship Hi-Way, Angeles City,
of which you are the owner. As part of our expansion plan I would like to open an
office in this city and your property seems like the perfect place for us to do this.

We intent to open an office in your place to target the Design and Consultancy
services and we believe that this will serve our purpose quite as well.

I already visited your place and met your representative, in this connection I would
like to set up a time to meet and discuss this further. I anticipate that we will be able
