Performance Evaluation
The several units of KINFRA serve a range of customers, varying from the local
population to the premium US customers of value-added products and services. In the
process, they have changed the economy of the region
KINFRA Parks are the welcome hubs in Kerala for entrepreneurs. KINFRA is
credited for empowering industrial growth across Kerala through its industrial parks
and industry-specific infrastructure. By enabling growth and by cultivating a social
plus business linkage, KINFRA Parks also acts as a role model for social ventures by
creating communities who are uplifted with getting better and steady income.
KINFRA develops the infrastructure for the industries to become leaders in their
respective areas by assuring quality standards and conducive environment to succeed
in their ventures.
KINFRA has identified over 20 core competency areas. It has 24 well-defined
Industrial parks of which many are functional and some are in the launching phase.
Each of these Parks offers a comprehensive infrastructure and support services to the
clients. The most fascinating feature of KINFRA is that it offers single window
clearance facilities. Attractive incentives and excellent opportunities for expansion
and diversification are the specialties of KINFRA.
