Dear Colleagues.

The third wave of Covid 19 is upon us and there is an upsurge of positive cases in
the country, it is imperative that we stay vigilant and not let our guard down.

We therefore would like to take this opportunity to remind you of various key
considerations as we continue with our day to day operations.

Covid 19 reminders :
Access to the office is restricted hence anyone who needs to work from
the office should engage and seek approval from their respective Manager
and line Partner.
Completion of the Staff and Client reintegration forms is mandatory before
visiting the office or client premises.
In the event that one is in contact with an individual who has tested
positive for Covid 19, one should immediately self-isolate and get tested
should Covid symptoms start to show. Furthermore, access to the office is
prohibited for a period of 14 days.
Financial assistance towards Covid 19 medication has been increased from
ZW$2 500 to ZW$4 000 and will be provided to staff who test positive to
Covid 19 as per the provided guidelines.

Stay safe and lets continue to observe the Covid 19 guidelines; social distancing,
regular washing of hands and avoid unnecessary movements.
