1、产品简介（鼓风热再生吸干机）

Introduction（Blower Heated Regeneration Adsorption Air Dryer）

（1）LNXG 系列鼓风热再生吸附式干燥机是根据变温吸附（再生）原理，在常温下吸附（工作）；
在较高温度下解析（再生）。即吸附剂在吸附过程中吸附了水份。在加热再生过程中, 由鼓风机
吸入环境大气作为再生气,经过加热器将环境空气加热到设定再生温度进入干燥塔,依靠干燥空气
的热扩散作用,彻底清除吸附的水份；在吹冷再生过程中,鼓风机作闭式循环工作,对床层进行吹
冷，以满足下一阶段吸附工作需要，避免空气出口露点由于存在床层高温而出现不稳定情形。本
系列产品最显著的特点是：再生加热采用环境空气，吹冷采用闭式循环，零耗气，具有节能优势。
（2）采用完全再生工艺、吸附剂能够彻底再生，出口露点稳定，有效保证压缩空气气体品质。
(1)LNXG series blower heated regeneration adsorption air dryer is according to the principle of
temperature swing adsorption (regeneration), adsorbs at the normal atmospheric temperature, and
regenerates at higher temperature. That means the adsorbent adsorbs moisture during the adsorption
process. During the process of heating and regeneration, the ambient air is suctioned by the blower as
the regeneration gas and heated to a setting regeneration temperature by the heater,then enters the
drying tower, depending on the thermal diffusion of dry air, the moisture content of adsorption is
completely removed; During the process of cold blowing regeneration, the blower works in a closed
cycle,the bed is cold blew to meet the needs of the next stage of adsorption, and avoid the instability of
outlet dew point due to the existence of high temperature of bed layer. The most significant features of
this series product as follows: The ambient air is used for the regeneration and heating , the closed cycle
is used for the cold blowing, zero air consumption and energy saving.
(2) Adopt the complete regeneration process、adsorbent can be completely regenerated, the outlet dew
point is stable, and the compressed air quality can be effectively guaranteed.

规和标准，并与设备铭牌上标示的电压相符，电线的连接必须由专业电工人员
操作。
The electric wire connection of Blower purge regeneration adsorption air dryer should be
in accordance with international (IEC) and the nation standard, also should keep in
accordance with nameplate indicated voltage, the electric wires should be connected by the
professional electrician.

2、工艺流程图及流程说明 Process diagram& introduction

2.1 工艺流程说明 Process Description：
1）上半周期：A 塔吸附、B 塔加热再生阶段
TowerA adsorption、Tower B heating regeneration stage
≤38℃的饱和压缩空气，经由 K1 阀进入 A 塔吸附干燥后经 CV1 至后置除尘过滤器过滤，输
出无尘干燥的压缩空气。当 A 塔进行吸附干燥的同时，B 塔进行再生工作，此时 B 塔内的压缩
空气先经 V2 泄压阀泄压降至大气压，然后鼓风机启动、加热器启动，鼓风机吸入环境大气经加
热器加热至设定再生温度经 K7、K10 阀 进入 B 塔进行加热再生，加热再生气经 K4、K5 排到大
气中 。
The saturated compressed air ( ≤ 38 ℃ ) passes through K1 valve and enters the Tower A for
adsorption and drying ,then passes through CV1 valve to the after filter (dust removal filter) for filtration,
and outputs dust-free and dry compressed air. When Tower A is adsorbing and drying,and the Tower B is
regenerating,at this time the pressure of compressed air of Tower B is reduced to atmospheric pressure
through the V2 relief valve, then the blower and heater are started.The ambient air is suctioned into by the
blower and heated by the heater to the preset regeneration temperature ,the heated air pass through the
K7、K10 valve and then enters tower B for drying and regeneration ,the heated regeneration gas pass
through K4、K5 valve and discharge into the atmosphere air .
2）上半周期：A 塔吸附、B 塔吹冷再生阶段
Tower A adsorption、Tower B cold -blowing regeneration stage
B 塔经过一定时间的加热干燥后，塔内的吸附剂得以再生；通过 PLC 智能控制其控制再生阀
的切换。此时鼓风机出口气体经 WE/2 风冷却器降温后的空气经 K6、K4 阀与吸附气流相同的方
向（自下而上）进入 B 塔吸附床进行吹冷再生，塔内的热空气被鼓风机吸出流经 K10、K8 阀，
进入 WE/1 风冷却器降温并带走吸附剂内的热量，使鼓风机作闭式循环工作，此时温度降低至最
佳吸附效果的温度。为后续的吸附提供低露点保障。
After a certain time of heating and drying, the adsorbents in tower B can be regenerated ,the
switching of regeneration valve is intelligently controlled by the PLC control.At the same time, the outlet
gas of blower enters the WE/2 air cooler for cooling and the cooled air pass though the K6、 K4 valve
and enters the adsorption bed of Tower B in the same direction as the adsorption air flow (from bottom to
top) for cold blowing regeneration , the hot air in the tower is sucked out by the blower and pass through
K10、K8 valve ,and then enters the WE/1 air cooler for cooling and takes away the heat of adsorbent,
make the blower work in a closed cycle,at this time, the temperature is reduced to the temperature that
can produce the best adsorption effect.It guarantees low dew point for subsequent adsorption.

3）上半周期：A 塔吸附、B 塔均压

Tower A adsorption、Tower B pressure balance

B 塔经过一定时间的吹冷后达到设定值,根据控制程序设置进入 A 塔、B 塔均压工作程序，此
时再生阀门都关闭，打开 V1 均压阀，让经 A 塔干燥后的气体通过均压阀流经 B 塔，对 B 塔进行
升压至工作压力。等待 A、B 塔切换工作。至设定时间，A、B 两干燥塔切换，B 塔进入吸附 A 塔
进行再生完成一个工作周期。工作顺序、工作时间由 PLC 自动控制完成。

 Tower B reaches the setting value after a certain period of cold blowing, Tower A and Tower B start
the working process of pressure balance according to the control program setting, the regeneration valves
are all closed and V1 pressure balance valves is opened to let the dried air of Tower A pass through the
pressure balance valve and flow through the Tower B, the pressure of tower B will be increased to the
working pressure.Waiting for Tower A and Tower B switching working .Up to the setting time, the drying
Towers A and B are switched, the Tower B enters the process of adsorption and Tower A enters the process
of regeneration, a working cycle is completed .The working order and working time are automatically
controlled by PLC controller.

3、安装与操作维护 Installation、Operation And Maintenance

(1) 设备安装 Installation
1） 用户可参考安装基础图的尺寸，结合当地现场情况施工。
The user can refer to the dimension of installation foundation drawing and combined with the local
site conditions to install the equipment.
2） 设备安装应校正，其垂直度不大于设备总高 1/1000
Equipment installation should be corrected, and its perpendicularity is not greater than the total
equipment height 1/1000.
3） 电源按技术参数要求连接，设备应接地。
The power supply should be connected according to the technical parameters, and the equipment
should be grounded.
4） 紧固各连接法兰。
Tighten all the connecting flanges.

警告 Warning
严禁在未开机情况下长期通气，以免吸附剂失效。
It is strictly prohibited to keep ventilation under the condition of no

start-up, so as to avoid the failure of adsorbent.

(2) 开机运行注意事项 Attentions For Start-up Operation

1)设备在安装后调试使用前，应对其连接的管道进行吹扫，以防管道在安装及焊接过程中残留的
焊渣及砂尘进入设备造成堵塞。方法是：把进入设备前的连接法兰拆开，遮挡着进入设备的管
口,开启压缩机输送压缩空气对管道进行吹扫干净。

 After installation of equipment, before the equipment is commissioned and used, the connecting pipes
should be purged to prevent the residual welding slag and dust from entering the equipment and blockin
g the pipeline during installation and welding. The method as follows: Disassemble the connecting flan
ge to prevent solid particles from entering the equipment,and start the compressor to deliver the
compressed air to clean the pipeline.
2）检查管道法兰是否连接好，是否有漏气现象。
Check whether the pipe flanges are connected well and whether there has air leakage.
3) 调试使用前，如有需要将干燥塔、热风管道按要求保温，以免调试过程中管壁达 110 ℃以
上温度烫伤人员。
Before commissioning and using,the drying towers and hot air pipeline should be insulated according
to the requirements if necessary, to avoid personnel being scalded by the 110℃ pipe wall during
commissioning.
4) 检查风冷却器进出风面是否脏堵，环境温度是否≤30℃。
Check whether the air inlet and outlet of air cooler is dirty and blocked or not ,and check the ambient
temperature is ≤30℃.
5) 检查电器箱内接线和各阀门的气管接头是否松动。
Check whether the wiring inside the electrical appliance box and the pipe joints of the valves are loose.
6) 通上电源后，从控制器触摸屏可显示各阀门的阀位是否处于正常原始状态。
When the power supply is connected, the touch screen of the controller can display whether the valve
position of every valve is in the normal original state.
7) 设定参数。 (标准工况下，卸压时间 5 分钟，加热再生时间 90 分钟，冷吹再生时间 60 分钟，
加压时间 5 分钟，同步吸附时间 5 分钟)，根据实际进气温度现场可作相应调整。
Set the parameters. (Under the standard working conditions,the pressure relief time is 5 minutes,the
heating regeneration time is90 minutes , the cold blowing regeneration time is 60 minutes, the
pressurization time is 5 minutes, and the synchronous adsorption time is 5 minutes),the user can make
the corresponding adjustment according to the actual inlet air temperature.
8) 通入压缩空气，待两塔压力均为工作压力后，此时再次检查阀门的初始状态是否正确,待阀门
状态正确后,才可开启控制器电源,让干燥机正常工作。
After the compressed air entering the equipment,the pressure of two adsorption vessels all is working
pressure,then re-check whether the initial state of valves is correct,only when the valves are in the
correct state, can the power supply of the controller be turned on and the dryer work normally.
9) 干燥机工作过程中观察全周期工艺流程指示是否正确，检查各阀门动作是否正确，回讯是
否正确。
During the dryer's working process, observe whether the whole cycle process instructions are correct,
check whether the every valve action and reply is correct.
10) 调试过程中检查分离器出口（干燥塔进口）温度是否≤38℃,以确定冷却装置是否运行正

 常。
Check whether the outlet temperature of separator (inlet temperature of drying tower )is ≤38℃ during
the commissioning,to make sure whether the cooling device is working normally.
11) 关机时，先停机，后关气，正常关机时必须在加压程序（A、B 塔压力一致）结束后再行关
机。
Firstly stop the equipment ,then turn off the gas. The normal shutdown must be completed after finishing
the pressurization process (tower A and tower B have the same pressure).
(3) 维护保养 Maintenance

警告 Warning
在开始维修之前，请先断开电源并将设备泄压

Please cut off the power and release the pressure of the
equipment before the maintenance.
◆ 控制气系统输出压力为 0.5∽0.6 MPa 的范围； 检查程控器的指示信号与输出信号是否异常；
观察干燥塔上的压力表、温度表，判断程序运行是否正常。
The outlet pressure range of control air system is 0.5-0.6Mpa; Check whether the indicating signal
and output signal of the program controller are normal;Observe the pressure gauge and
thermometer on the drying towers to judge whether the operation is normal.
◆ 本设备投入运行后，应经常检查各种显示仪器仪表，并要定期校验。
After the equipment is put into operation, all kinds of display instruments should be checked
frequently and calibrated regularly.
◆ 控制器应经常检查，保持电器柜清洁，防止积灰及强磁场干扰。如发现控制器显示异常，
则应按“常见故障检修”有关要求处理。再则，应由专业人员检修。
The controller should be checked frequently and keep the electrical cabinet clean,to prevent it from
the dust accumulation and strong magnetic field interference.If find the controller is abnormal,it
should be handled according to the requirements of "Common Malfunction And Maintenance".

（4） 常规检查保养 Inspection and maintenance
1) 定期拆下鼓风机吸气滤清器滤芯，用洁净的压缩空气反吹清扫滤芯后安装好，防止滤芯堵
塞影响鼓风机的风量。可根据实际鼓风机运行情况清扫滤清器吸气滤芯。
Regularly remove the filter element of blower suction filter,after cleaning the filter element with clean
compressed air ,and then install it to prevent the blockage of filter element from affecting the air flow of the
blower.The suction filter element can be cleaned according to the actual operation of the blower.
2）每班检查除水过滤器上的自动排水阀，确保排水通畅，防止液态水、油进入干燥机。
Every shift check the automatic drain valve of water removal filter,to ensure the water is drained
smoothly,prevent liquid water,oil entering into the dryer.

 3) 定期检查换塔、再生和升压的动作是否正常。
Regularly check the towers switching ,regeneration ,pressure rising, and make sure the work normally.
4) 定期检查运转条件、进口压力、进口温度和空气流量。
Regularly check operating conditions ,inlet pressure ,inlet temperature ,and air flow.
5) 定期检查控制气路过滤减压阀及过滤器，根据需要更换。
Regularly check the pressure reducing valve and filter,to replace it if necessary
6) 定期检查除水和除尘过滤器，检查堵塞情况及可能的损坏，根据需要更换滤芯。
Regularly check the pre and after filter ,check blockage and possible damage,to replace it if necessary.
7) 检查气动阀门是否泄漏或密封件是否磨损。
Check whether the pneumatic valve is leakage or not,and check whether the sealing parts is worn or not.
8) 必要时校正露点探头。（若配有露点仪）
Calibrate dew point meter detector if necessary (if have dew point meter)

（5）吸附剂的装填及更换 Filling and replacement of adsorbent

吸附剂使用约 2-3 年以后，应全部放出进行筛选(注：若进行筛选时，建议最好将干燥塔下部
(约 1/3)的吸附剂不要，因为这些容易破碎及污染较严重，其余再作筛选回用)旋开下部卸料口盖，
吸附剂则自动流出。全部卸出后，旋好下卸料口盖，经充压确认无泄漏后，用漏斗由上装料口倒
入经筛选后的吸附剂作为下层，然后再注入新的吸附剂于上层至充满为止,完毕封好上装料口盖。
干燥器启动运行几个周期后，吸附剂可能有所下沉，需再补充装填。（更换周期主要看设备使用
工况、使用效果而定）。条件许可的，最好一次性全部更换。
After 2-3 years using of adsorbents, all adsorbents should be released for screening (Note: When
screening, it is recommended that the adsorbents in the lower part of the drying tower (about 1/3) should
not be used, because these adsorbents are easy to break up and pollute seriously, and the rest should be used
for screening and recycling). Unscrew off the lower unloading port cap, and the adsorbents will flow out
automatically. After unloading all the adsorbent, screw down the unloading port cap, confirm that there is
no leakage by filling the pressure, then the screened adsorbents are poured with the funnel from the upper
filling port and be the lower layer of the tower, and then fill new adsorbents into the upper layer until it is
full, finally seal up the upper filling port cap. After several cycles of dryer’s working, the adsorbents may
sink and need to be filled again. (the replacement period mainly depends on the working conditions and the
use effect of equipment). if conditions permit, it is best to replace all at once.
