5 – Project budget

The Project budget is divided into four main categories: resources, procurement, advertising and production
line.

1. Resources: it is based upon three main hourly rates: 30$/h for PM, 15$/h for senior figures, 10$/h for
junior figures:

Considering an overhead of 20%, the budget for resources is estimated in $360.000.

2. The budget for procurement is estimated based on a previous, less complex project for which we
spent about $100.000, multiplied by a complexity factor of 1.5, therefore we estimate $150.000.

3. Similarly, the budget for advertising is estimated in $200.000 and it’s foreseen spanned between Jan-
23 and dec-23.

4. Setting up a new production line is estimated in $ 50.000 and it’s spanned between mar-23 and dec-
23.

The total amount of budget is therefore: $ 760.000.
