Wide Communication is a Telecommunication newly stablished in the Philippines. With more than
10000 cell sites in the country providing good quality of mobile connectivity and internet services. The
company CEO James Bond is planning for expansion and to add additional 100 cell sites to cater some
dead spot or weak signal coverage and low connectivity in some major cities in Metro Manila.

You as a Project Manager assigned to lead this project (It refers to me). The company has limited
resources and budget of $5,000,000 for this project. The Project begins the construction next year
January 5, 2022, and expected to be delivered and complete the construction of 100 cell sites end of
June of 2023. You will need to plan and assigned team members to help you out with the project and
from a list of stakeholders of people involved in the project. Regular meetings need to be held with the
team and stakeholders as well as other forms of communication. Approval points are needed through
the project sequence. Risks, testing, quality control and provision issues may develop. team training and
other preparations will be required for the project implementation, and you are directly reporting to
James Bond CEO.

(ROW) Right of way Atty. Michael Delacruz will be providing legal support assessing and acquiring
properties and legal matters. Operation Manager Juan Ponce Deleon has let you know that they wanted
reliable facilities with parking and generator installed in term of power shortage.

The Expansion project and additional 100 cell
sites across major cities in the Philippines will
benefit the company in terms:
-to cater and eliminate some dead spot or weak
signal coverage and low connectivity in some
major cities in Metro Manila
-Provide reliable network connectivity to its
customer
-Increase revenue and customer satisfaction
-Providing Good quality of product and services

Measurable project objectives and related
success criteria
-The Project begins the construction next year
January 5, 2022, and expected to be delivered
and complete the construction of 100 cell sites
end of June of 2023.
-Need to plan and assigned team members to
help you out with the project
- Team training and other preparations will be
required for the project implementation.

Assumptions and constraints -100 cell sites construction will start on January 5,
2022 and complete June of 2023
 -Approval of Project expenditures allocation will
be approved by James Bond
-Legal team will handled all permitting and
support assessing, acquiring properties and legal
matters.
- Project Manager has full authority of schedule
and labor allocation and delegating task
