Notice to Quit Premises- Nonpayment of Rent

You are hereby notified that you owe TWENTY ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P21,000.00)
in past due rent. The rent due each month is in the amount of P7,000.00; The rent past
due covers the periods from December 2020 until now, February 2021.

This is a demand for payment.

You must pay the full amount owed that is stated in this notice within 30 days. If you fail
to make full payment of the amount due, your right of possession to the property will be
terminated and eviction proceedings will begin immediately.
