No shift from MANUAL to RADIO mode

This happen when the system detected one lever not I the neutral position during the
attempt shifting from manual mode to radio mode.
The problem should be one or more than one input related with the electro hydraulic
micro switch mounted in to the control valve not in neutral position.
Before move to the step forward please check if all the lever are physically in neutral
position

Follow this instruction to understand which is the input in fault

• In this area all the input are monitored in real time by the load limiting device

• M = MOVEMENT

• 1 = MOVEMENT NUMBER

• A = DIRECTION LEVER

• B = DIRECTION LEVER

Use key + and – to scroll down all the input and check which one of the input activated
on the system is not in ON status.
Refer to the following chart, select the right configuration of your crane
Control in to the check input menu the status of the input.
Only the M not activated on the System must be OFF in the both direction (A and B)

When ever have you found the electronic micro switch in fault,
Power off the system
Take off the cover protection from the load limiting device side and disconnect the
micro connector in fault and cross with the next one.
Load limiting device connector are the connector to switch together .
Power up the system and repeat the check operation done before.
If the input in OFF status still the same the problem I on the wiring
If the input in OFF status became the new input connected the problem is the
electronic micro switch
There is the possibility to reset the center of the micro switch by a set up keybord
and procedure ( see the end of the manual)
Even if this operation will not successful you have to replace the microswitch parts

See the next page for the block diagram of the control valve construction

SET UP NEUTRAL POSITION

Hawe bank valve only
Is possible by a “set up keyboard tool” reset the neutral position of the electro hydraulic
actuator
The part number of the “set up keyboard tool”is
3310936
Set up procedure
1. In to the control valve disconnect the load limiting device connector (DIN 43650) of
the main wiring.
2. Connect the DIN 43650 connector of the set up keyboard device.
3. Connect the 2 pin AMP connector in to the feeder and connect the feeder in to the
220V plug.
4. Press the power supply button (left) and keep pressed.
5. Press the OUT B button (right) and keep pressed.
6. Release the power supply (left).
7. Release the OUT B (right).
8. Press the OUT B (right).
The calibration is done, the led out A and B must be light on. Depending by the direction
lever ,led corresponding it should power off and the buzzer ring up.
If any problem occurring during the set up or the electro hydraulic actuator is in fault the
led out A and B are not powered when the lever is in neutral.
Retry the set up or replace the actuator.
