Introduction

TOYO PIPE INDUSTRY LAO FACTORY CO., LTD, being known as TOYO PIPE
Factory, was established in 2016 as a subsidiary of Xaignavong Group (founded in
2001). We adopt the latest technology from Germany, managing the production with a
professional team with more than 20 years of experience.

We have employed and synergized over 150 people from different background
to train and develop them to become skilled-labors to work on the 40,000 m2 plant,
with capacity of 50,000MT per year, using world-class raw materials from the Middle
East, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Thailand and Lao PDR to produce PVC
pipe, u.PVC pipe, HDPE pipe, PPR pipe, LDPE pipe, Drip Tape, Sprayer Tape and other
accessories under (TOYO & ASIA GREEN BRAND), to meet the international standard
ISO 9001: 2015. Our products are widely used in water supply system, irrigation,
agriculture, electric conduit, telecommunication, oil and gas industries, etc.

 In addition, the TOYO Pipe Factory contributes to society under the
guidance of the government and business associations, such as helping people
affected by floods and droughts; Prevention and control of Covid-19 outbreaks;
Establishing a water system learning center for students and technicians in society
as well as promoting the value of consuming Lao products.
The products of TOYO Pipe Factory are widely accepted by the domestic
market, foreign investment projects and international organizations such as the
State-Owned Enterprise Water Supply Co., Ltd, ADB, JICA, KOICA, WB, KFW,
UNICEF, WFP, Special Economic Zones, Dams, Mining, Infrastructure Projects,
Buildings, Farms, Irrigations and many construction projects.

Since launching the factory, we have hosted thousands of visitors and clients
from Prime Minister, Ministers of different Ministries, National Assembly Members,
Vientiane Major and hundreds of government officers from Vientiane capital and
provinces. Not only local people, we also welcome countless expats, ambassador,
and NGO’s experts to pay a visit at our factory.

testing center. All laboratory equipment is certified and calibrated by the
Standards Department of Lao PDR and from standardized laboratories in ASEAN
countries.

 HDPE PIPE (High Density Polyethylene)
Pipes are manufactured with modern machinery in accordance with
ISO 4427,DIN8074/8075, AS/NZS4130 Pipes made of PE100,There
are several pressure levels.

Application:

HDPE pipes become widely adopted in a variety of piping systems

and are rapidly replacing most conventional pipes. It has a broad
variety of industrial applications including the chemical industry,
crude oil, hydropower dams, mining, and many other applications.
HDPE pipes proved very successful in the main potable water
supply and distribution lines, plumbing, drainage & sewerage,
sprinkler & drip irrigation systems, firefighting networks,
underwater piping systems, relining of old pipelines, laboratories,
electrical conduits &fiber-optic ducts and gas distribution.

HDPE Conduit Applications

HDPE conduit has been the material of choice in Electrical Conduit Pipe Application for
protecting communications (data transmission, telephone, CATV ) and electrical (power
transmission) the nation’s fiber-optic highways for decades as the electrical plastic conduit.

❑ PP Tapping Ferrule For Thermoplastic Pipe – Installation Guide

1. Fix the PP Tapping Ferrule onto the PP Clamp Saddle

outlet by turning the PP Tapping Ferrule in clockwise
direction.
2. Make sure that the rubber gasket sits properly in the
groove of the saddle.
3. Clamp the PP Saddle onto the main pipe by fastening
the bolts and nuts.
4. Connect the communication pipe to the PP Tapping
Ferrule outlet.

 Coupler Installation Guide
1. Preparation:
HDPE Pipe, Coupler, Pipe cutter 2. Measure as needed and cut nicely

Welding Process

1. Clean the pipe with clean-cloth, make sure

there are no dirt and fasten it with hydraulic
clamp, make use the pipe is the same level of
the peeling device

2. Peel the Pipe’s end neatly, make sure that 2

pipes are exact the same level and the contact
surface of both ends are neatly contact, if not
please adjust it before move to next step

3. Clean the heating plate as well as the

pipe. Then start the heating plate with preset
temperature of 200-220 C

4. User need to follow the indicated timing, the

instruction as manual of the welding machine

 5. Slide both pipe to contact with heating plate
using hydraulic pressure to press 0.15/2(1.5/2)
while temptation of heating plate is at 200-220C

6. Wait until the welding point has reach

certain level to determine the success of
melding surface

7. Release the pressure to 0(Zero), slide out

the pipes to remove the heating plate

8. Slide both melding pipes to contact each

other with designated pressure until the
welding point has well join and keep it cool
down, (see reference on next page)

1. Reference of Welding Standard

Due to different welding standard and PE material, the time and pressure in
fusion process changes. Actual welding parameters should be provided by pipes
and fittings suppliers.
1.1 Given welding temperature of pipes made from PE, PP and PVDF by DVS
standard ranges from180℃ to 270℃. This machine’s heating plate temperature is
within 180～230℃, and its Max. Surface temperature can reach 270℃.

3. P1= pipe annulus area × Interfacial pressure (it is constant 0.15 in DVS standard)
4. T2= Heating soaking time (wall thickness ×10)
5. P2= Heating soaking pressure (system pressure while heating up the pipes ends)
6. T3= Change-over time (The time from retract heating plate and close two melt pipe ends together)
7. T4= Pressure built-up time (pressure should be increased smoothly using most of the time allowed to
reach welding pressure)
7. P5= Fusion pressure
8. T5= Cooling time
9. Bead build-up pressure and welding pressure in the form is the recommended interface pressure,
the gauge
