𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
• As per my product hunting strategy for Daraz is first to go Daraz top trend products, Google
trends, select niche product category and try to find the market gap, get product ideas to go
AliExpress. Product criteria should be the non-seasonal product, don't go on electronic items.
• Go AliExpress find good products then search that product on Daraz too if too many sellers are
already selling that product don't go for it Aliexpress sales product too on Daraz. If you find few
sellers check their rating & review too. There are a lot of products in Daraz with few sellers just
find with the help of AliExpress and Alibaba selects your niche n do research.
• There are a lot of products which you can't find in Karachi. You should go on that product
which you can't find in Karachi easily if you can easily find surely others too. 80% of customers
on Daraz are from Punjab because they can't find product sources in their city and district as in
Karachi easily. 80% of my customers are from Punjab. Focus on their needs and do research on
those products.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠:
• After the product selection. If you find products in the local market buy few products, not in
large quantity (if you are new) do some branding whenever you realize your product is going out
of stock go and buy products, try to do mutual understanding with a local supplier, they also
supply product to you. If you can't find the product in the local market then buy from AliExpress.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠:
• Buy simple or colored cartons and just past sticker 1’inch by 2 inches”, if you are buying
glasses from AliExpress buy glasses pouch too.
• Write “Appreciation Letter” or “Thanks Giving Letter” and print it and put in each of your
product item packaging material.

These little things give you a lot of sales rather than do a big marketing investment.
While sourcing
BUY “DYMO 1610” with “UniPlus Embossing Dymo Letratag 3D Tapes Label Make” (The
cost will be approx 3k .)
Try to buy many tapes it will save your cost or Print A4 Size sticker with your brand logo.
I have sold a lot of products with the same branding strategy in the high-profit margin. I invest
only 1k and earn revenue of 4k
𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬:
• Make your product video and upload it on YouTube and put it video link in Daraz while listing
your product there is option of video link. Also, send video link while doing marketing in
different platforms, also send it while doing personally chatting with customers also.
• You can also list your 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 post in Daraz product listing area.
𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬:
• Daraz has poor customer service when you know your product has returned to do mutual
understating with “Daraz shop pick points” staff try to get numbers because they don’t inform
you when your order returned to their Daraz shop. If you wouldn’t take your product within 3
days, they will send your product to main warehouse.
• Make video while packing your order if you can or there is any address issue and if you have
any doubt it will help you to do claim.
