such projects like this. And the other benefits are through recording of your business

Chapter IV: Project Rationale

The Basic Bookkeeping for Start Up Business Owners was proposed for the
students so that they will share their knowledge about the importance of the basic
bookkeeping for start –up business owners. This project will help the CARD Clients,
Small business owners, and start-up business owners to record the regular basis of
their business financial transactions. By bookkeeping, the owner of the business will
easily track the transactions and all information on its book to make an operating,
investing, and financing decision. The developer of this project has come up with a
solution for those people who are planning to start up a small business or enterprise
and those who already have a small business. Bookkeeping are individuals who
manage all their financial information or data of the small business. Without
bookkeepers, small business would not be aware of their current financial positions, as
well as the transactions that occur within the business.
Chapter V: Beneficiaries
1. Start – up business owners – It is difficult to manage the business especially
when it is about to start but bookkeeping can help easier to identify the money-
making opportunities of a business and it also help you to make smart business
decisions that can guide you to grow for the future.

2. Small business owners – small business owners can track the all information
and activities of their business. They can find ways to increase income or
decrease spending, also the availability of accounting information can help them
to achieve its objectives.

3. Clients – Good bookkeeping records also are beneficial when you're applying
for a business loan. By keeping good and accurate records, you make it easier
for lenders to make decisions about your business.
4. Students- Other students will get an idea what is bookkeeping and apply it in
the near future when they decided to start their own firm or business.
Chapter VI: Project Objectives

The objectives of the projects are:

• to maintain true and complete records of all financial transactions in an orderly manner
of the project.
• to provide information of the project to the management.
• to ensure that all the transactions are recorded in accordance to the book of accounts.
• to ensure that the project is still in the right track of the plan and not in insolvency.
