1. Purpose
This document details the standard procedures to install DigiPay software.

2. Scope
The intended audience for this document is the users authorized by CSC for usage of
DigiPay.

3. Pre-requisites
The following pre-requisites are mandatory for seamless operation usage:

1. The hardware details of server:

 RAM : Minimum 4GB
 CPU: Minimum 2.0 GHz CPU’s
 Hard Disk: 500 MB of free disk space
2. Internet access should be available on the machine.
3. Registered Device (RD) service must be installed on the machine to scan
fingerprint/iris of the user.
4. The user should have a valid Aadhaar Number which must be linked with his/her
bank account.

4. Procedure

4.1 Steps to install DigiPay Application

The below process explains how to install the DigiPay application. A simplified illustration
of the installation flow is shown in the figure below:

Download the latest

version of DigiPay
installer

Register DigiPay framework

Steps to be followed are described below:

Installation of Digipay v 3.0

Step 1: Download Digipay v 3.0 setup

Step 2: Right click on Digipay v3.0 setup and select ‘Run as Administrator’.
Step 3: Click on ‘Yes’ to Continue.

 Follow the below screenshots to download the set up.

 Click on ‘Next’ to continue the installation. And Click on ‘Finish’ to complete the
installation. Digipay icon will appear on Desktop.

 After completing the installation, restart your computer.

 After restarting, Right Click on Digipay Icon and click on ‘Run as Administrator’.
 Click on ‘Yes’ to continue. Digipay window will appear. Double click on the below
logo to register in the DigiPay Application.

 To register in the DigiPay Application, Enter your CSC id and a valid Aadhaar
number. Click on the checkbox to give your consent and click on proceed button.
Read the instructions given in the screenshot carefully. Please ensure to read the
consent thoroughly.
