Digital Poster Making Competition

MECHANICS

1. This competition is open to all youth members (15-30 years old) of Cauayan City
or students studying in any school in Cauayan City.

2. The competition revolves around topic, “Encouraging the people to be Vaccinated”.

3. Only one (1) entry per participant is allowed. Any digital medium can be utilized,
provided that the output will have a size of 18 x 24 inches (457.2 x 609.6 mm) and
must be sent in JPEG format to this email address,

4. Upon submission, participants must use “LNK DPMC/ DATE OF SUBMISSION

(MM-DD-YYYY) / LAST NAME” (i.e. DPMC2021/ 06-21-2021/ CASTROVERDE)
as the subject of the mail . FULL NAME (LN, FN, MI), AGE and ADDRESS must
be included before the attachments.

5. For verification purposes, a time lapse video recording of the participant creating
the artwork/poster is also required. Non-compliance may mean disqualification.
The artist will be held accountable to any issues that may arise with regards to the
originality and authenticity of the design.

6. A description of the artwork using ENGLISH or TAGALOG as medium with words

only limited to 200-300 must be attached to a separate document upon submission
of the entry. The composition must be encoded in an A4 size paper, Arial as font
style, and 12.as font size.

7. Entries will be collected from __________to ___________. Late submissions shall

not be accepted.

8. The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation will post on its official facebook page the
qualified digital poster entries. Likes and heart reactions accumulated for each
entry 35 hours after posting will have a bearing on the total score and will only be
valid if the likers were able to like the SK Pederasyon Bamboo Official Facebook
Page. Counting of likes and reactions will begin on____________________.

9. The posters which attained the highest average ratings will be proclaimed as
winners. The judges will select 3 winners from all the entries submitted and will
each be given a reward together with a certificate of recognition. Other than that,
 all participants will receive a certificate of participation from SK Federation
Cauayan.

10. All entries shall become exclusive property of SK Federation Cauayan.

11. The decision of the Board of Judges is final and irrevocable.

CRITERIA

Relevance to the Theme The elements and design of the poster must be 40%
in compliance with the given theme.
Originality Made with style and substance that is unique 25%
and is not derived from any previously made
work of another individual
Aesthetic Appeal Considering the principles of symmetry, focal 20%
point, pattern, perspective, dimensionality and
proportion.
Audience Impact (Via Total number of likes and heart reactions 10%
Facebook Reactions) acquired of the entry through the Facebook
Page of SK Pederasyon Bamboo.
Description of the Clearly states the meaning of the poster using 5%
Artwork only English or Filipino as medium with 200-
300 words.
