C. DETAILS OF TECHNICIAN:
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Certifying Staff (CS) carrying out this inspection should ensure that all values /
parameters are duly recorded where applicable.
2. The term “satisfactory condition” where it is used throughout this schedule means that
the items have been checked for security, cleanliness, corrosion, deterioration, wear,
cracks, dents, scores, cuts, distortion, visual evidence of bowing, overheating, freedom
from obstruction, leaks and any other damage.
3. A signature against “satisfactory condition’ means that all obvious defects have been
taken into consideration before deciding that the item is airworthy.
4. A signature in the CS column in this schedule would mean that the item has been
inspected as per the AMM or any other relevant document and meets the serviceability
requirements, as specified in the said document.
5. Whenever any panels / compartment is accessed for inspection, the certifying personnel
must also inspect for presence of foreign objects such as tools, equipments, spares,
hardware materials including cleaning material prior to closing.
6. Carry out opportunity inspection in the surrounding area of the inspection item for
any abnormalities even though there is not specific requirement for such inspection.
7. All tasks marked with ** means the tasks are identified as Critical Tasks.
8. The fuselage, wings, empennage and antenna inspections need to be performed on the
visible portions from the ground level.
9. Do not perform maintenance (i.e. REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR DISASSEMBLY) on
multiple aircraft system of ATA chapter 21,22,23,24,26,27,28,29,30,31,34,36,49 and
70-80 installed on the same aircraft, at the same maintenance visit, by the same
person. This means, separate work teams should perform the maintenance jobs on dual
or multiple aircraft systems.
10. Carry out D.I along with this schedule.

SCHEDULE IS ISSUED THROUGH REFERENCE WORK ORDER.
NOTE: THIS MATERIAL LIST IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE. ALTERNATES GIVEN IN IPC, AMM
AND CMM CAN BE USED
