1. It is for the information of the candidates who had applied for the ibid
posts that that a joint competitive written examination for recruitment
of these posts shall be held on 15/06/2021 (Tuesday) in various centers at
Patiala from 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM.

2. During compilation of data it has been observed that there were lot of
candidates who had not submitted all the registration number details
for the post of CIVIL ENGINEER in one attempt in the JOINT
INFORMATION MODULE as advised in the uploaded guidelines but
submitted the details in more than one attempt. Moreover, despite
extending 2 times the last date to submit the details in the JOINT
INFORMATION MODULE, a lot of candidates missed to submit the
 details against their either all or a few registration numbers. UNIQUE
ID wise LIST OF PROVISIONALLY ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES after
DATA NORMALIZATION is uploaded on the website of the
Commission.

3. For those candidates who have submitted more than one application in
one advertisement in different categories,are required to inform the
Commission for which category they want to be considered otherwise
their online application form which was submitted first by them will be
considered for Roll No. allocation/ result and the filled subsequent one
will be rejected.
4. For those candidates who have submitted more than one application in
one advertisement in same category are hereby informed that their
online application form which was submitted first by them will be
considered for Roll No. allocation/ result and the filled subsequent one
will be rejected.
5. Candidates are advised to send their representation by 03/06/2021 at
email sdocivil2021@gmail.com. No representation will be considered if
received after the prescribed date.
6. It is further informed that Admit Cards for the examination can be
downloaded w.e.f. 09/06/2021 using the Registration Number and
Password on the link DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD available on the
website of the Commission http://ppsc.gov.in
