TWO PARTIES HAVE AGREED TO SIGN THE CONTRACT WITH THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS :
1. COMMODITY : VIET NAM ROBUSTA COFFEE BEANS GRADE 1
2. SPECIFICATION:
Moisture : 12.5% Max Foreign Matter : 0.5% Max
Black and Broken: 1% max Bean size: 90% min above screen 16
Free from fermented and mouldy beans.
3. QUANTITY : 251.520 MTS ( more or less 0.5%)
4. PRICE : USD1,440.00/MT, FOB HOCHIMINH.
5. PACKING : In jute new bag
Net weight 60 Kgs/bag.
Gross weight 60.5 Kgs/bag.
6. SHIPMENT : latest Feb, 2017, versal’s name will be confirmed by the Buyer 05
days before shipment.
7. DESTINATION : Basle port - Switzeland
8. PAYMENT : CAD Throut …EXIM Representation office at Switzeland
9. INSURANCE : To be covered by the Buyer.

11. ARBITRATION : Any Difference and Disputes arising from the contract to be
settled by the VietNam International Arbitration Center besides the Chamber of
Commerce and Industry of Viet Nam. It’s award shall be final and biding the both
parties. This contract is made by Fax and comes into effect from the signing date.
