動名詞の意味上の主語（目的格と所有格の違い）
(1)I don’t mind{ you / *your} smoking, but I don’t allow your brother to smoke.
He’s only ten.

(2)I don’t mind {?you / your} smoking, but cut the dirty language.
(1)では you を強調していて、全体が名詞的になっていないのに対し、(2)では your smoking
を強調していると考える。
統語的には(1)you の方が取り出しやすく、(2)your smoking の方が island construction になっ
ており、取り出しにくい。
