Terms and Conditions for the Use of SCB Direct Debit

1. ผู้ขอใช้บริการยินยอมให้ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (“ธนาคาร”) หักเงินจากบัญชีเงินฝากของผู้ขอใช้บริการที่มีอยู่

กับธนาคาร ตามที่ ผู้ขอใช้บริการได้ตกลงไว้กับธนาคารตามคำขอ/รายการที่ดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือ
ช่องทางอื่นใด (“บัญชีสำหรับหักชำระ”) เพื่อชำระหนี้ และ/หรือ บรรดาภาระผูกพันต่าง ๆ ของผู้ขอใช้บริการ ให้แก่บุคคลที่
ผู้ขอใช้บริการกำหนดไว้ในคำขอ/รายการที่ดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือช่องทางอื่นใด (“ผู้รับเงิน”) ตาม
จำนวนเงินและวันที่ที่ปรากฏในใบแจ้งหนี้ และ/หรือ ข้อมูลที่ธนาคารได้รับจากผู้รับเงินผ่านช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือด้วย
วิธีใดที่ธนาคารได้ตกลงกับผู้รับเงิน (“ข้อมูลที่ธนาคารได้รับ”) และนำเงินดังกล่าวโอนเข้าบัญชีของผู้รับเงิน
The Applicant hereby authorizes the Bank to debit fund from the Applicant’s deposit account maintained with the
Bank as agreed by the Applicant with the Bank according to the request/transaction executed by the Applicant via
electronic channel or any other channel (the “Account for Deduction”) for payment of debts and/ or any other
obligations of the Applicant to the person specified by the Applicant in the request/transaction executed via
electronic channel or any other channel (the “Payee”) in the amount and on the date specified in the statement
and/or the information received by the Bank from the Payee via electronic channel or any other means as agreed
by the Bank and the Payee (the “Information Received by the Bank”) and transfer such fund to the Payee’s
account.

2. การหักเงินจากบัญชีสำหรับหักชำระเพื่อชำระหนี้ และ/หรือ บรรดาภาระผูกพันต่าง ๆ ของผู้ขอใช้บริการ ให้แก่ผู้รับเงิน

หากปรากฏในภายหน้ า ว่าจำนวนเงินที่ผู้รับเงินแจ้งแก่ธนาคารนั้นไม่ถูกต้อง และธนาคารได้หักเงินจากบัญชีสำหรับหัก
ชำระตามข้อมูลที่ธนาคารได้รับจากผู้รับเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ผู้ขอใช้บริการตกลงที่จะดำเนินการเรียกร้องเงินจำนวนดังกล่าวจาก
ผู้รับเงินโดยตรง ทั้งนี้ ผู้ขอใช้บริการตกลงจะไม่เรียกร้องหรือฟ้องร้องให้ธนาคารชดใช้เงินที่ธนาคารได้หักจากบัญชีสำหรับ
หักชำระและโอนเข้าบัญชีเงินฝากของผู้รับเงิน รวมทั้งค่าเสียหายต่าง ๆ ทุกประการ
In respect of the debit fund from the Account for Deduction for payment of debts and/ or any other obligations of
the Applicant to the Payee, if it is subsequently found that the amount of fund which the Payee notified the Bank
was incorrect and the Bank had already debited such amount of fund from the Account for Deduction pursuant to
the Information Received by the Bank from the Payee, the Applicant agrees to claim for such amount of fund
directly from the Payee. In this regard, the Applicant agrees not to claim nor file a lawsuit against the Bank for the
amount of fund debited from the Account for Deduction and transferred to the Payee’s deposit account or for any
losses and damages in all respects.

3. ผู้ขอใช้บริการตกลงชำระค่าบริการ ค่าธรรมเนียม และ/หรือ ค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการหักบัญชีสำหรับหักชำระให้แก่

ธนาคารตามที่ผู้รับเงินแต่ละรายและธนาคารกำหนด โดยให้ธนาคารหักเงินจากบัญชีสำหรับหักชำระเพื่อชำระค่าบริการ
ค่าธรรมเนียม และ/หรือ ค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ดังกล่าวพร้อมกับการหักเงินเพื่อชำระหนี้ และ/หรือ บรรดาภาระผูกพันต่าง ๆ ตาม
ข้อมูลที่ธนาคารได้รับจากผู้รับเงินในแต่ละคราว
The Applicant agrees to pay for service fees, fees and/or any other expenses relating to the debit from the Account
for Deduction to the Bank as agreed by each Payee and the Bank. In this regard, the Applicant authorizes the
Bank to debit fund from the Account for Deduction for such service fees, fees and/or any other expenses together

 with the debit of any amount of fund for payment of debts and/or any other obligations pursuant to the Information
Received by the Bank from the Payee at each time.

4. ในกรณีที่ เงินในบัญชีสำหรับหักชำระไม่มีหรือมีแต่ไม่เพียงพอ ธนาคารอาจจะดำเนินการหักเงินตามจำนวนที่มีอยู่หรือ

ไม่ดำเนินการหักเงินก็ได้ ตามเงื่อนไขที่ธนาคารได้ตกลงไว้กับผู้รับเงิน
In the event that there is no balance and/or there is insufficient balance in the Account for Deduction, the Bank
may debit or may not debit the outstanding fund from the Account for Deduction pursuant to the conditions agreed
by the Bank and the Payee.

5. ผู้ขอใช้บริการไม่ประสงค์จะให้ธนาคารแจ้งการหักเงินจากบัญชีสำหรับหักชำระแต่อย่างใด เนื่องจากผู้ขอใช้บริการสามารถ
ทราบผลการหักบัญชีสำหรับหักชำระดังกล่าวนั้นได้จากสมุดคู่ฝาก และ/หรือ รายการเดินบัญชี (Statement) และ/หรือ
ใบเสร็จรับเงินได้ด้วยตนเอง
The Applicant agrees that the Bank shall not have to notify the Applicant of the debit from the Account for Deduction
because the Applicant is able to know the result of such debit from passbook and/or statement and/or receipt by
itself.

6. ในกรณีที่บัญชีสำหรับหักชำระได้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปไม่ว่าโดยเหตุใดก็ตาม ผู้ขอใช้บริการตกลงให้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข
นี้ คงมีผลใช้บังคับสำหรับบัญชีที่ได้เปลี่ยนแปลงนั้น ๆ ทุกประการ
In case the Account for Deduction has been changed for whatever reasons, the Applicant agrees that these terms
and conditions shall continue to be enforced with such changed account in all respects.

7. การให้ความยินยอมในการหักบัญชีเงินฝากตามบริการนี้ ถือเป็นคำสั่งให้ธนาคารหักเงินจากบัญชีสำหรับหักชำระโดยไม่
ต้องทำเอกสารหรือหลักฐานในการเบิกถอนแต่ละคราวอีก และธนาคารไม่จำเป็นต้องตรวจสอบลายมือชื่อของผู้ขอใช้บริการ
ตามตัวอย่างลายมือชื่อที่ไว้ให้กับธนาคารอีกแต่อย่างใด นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขอใช้บริการตกลงให้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้มีผลใช้
บังคับทันที นับแต่วันที่ธนาคารอนุมัติให้ใช้บริการนี้เป็นต้นไป จนกว่าธนาคารจะได้บอกเลิกการให้บริการดังกล่าว หรือผู้ขอ
ใช้บริการได้ยกเลิกเพิกถอนโดยแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรให้ธนาคารทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 2 เดือน
The consent to debit the deposit account(s) under this service shall be deemed as an instruction for the Bank to
debit fund from the Account for Deduction which is not required to sign any other documents for withdrawal at each
time and the Bank is not required to check the accuracy of the Applicant’s signature against the specimen signature
previously given to the Bank for whatsoever. Furthermore, the Applicant agrees that these terms and conditions
shall be immediately valid upon receiving approval for the use this service from the Bank and shall be in full force
and effect until the Bank terminates the provision of this service or until the Applicant’s written instruction to cancel
the use of service is given to the Bank not less than 2 (Two) months in advance.

8. ในการใช้บริการกับธนาคาร ธนาคารจะมีการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ขอใช้บริการ และ/หรือ ของ

บุคคลอื่นที่ผู้ขอใช้บริการได้ให้ข้อมูลไว้แก่ธนาคาร เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการให้บริการตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้ และ
วัตถุประสงค์ตามที่ระบุในประกาศนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของธนาคาร โดยผู้ขอใช้บริการสามารถอ่านเพิ่มเติมเพื่อเข้าใจ
ถึงวิธีการที่ธนาคารเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและสิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามกฎหมาย

 คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ธนาคารประกาศผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ของธนาคารที่ www.scb.co.th และ/หรือ ช่องทางที่ธนาคาร
กำหนด หรือตามที่ธนาคารจะเปลี่ยนแปลงในภายหน้าและแจ้งให้ผู้ขอใช้บริการทราบโดยประกาศในเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าว และ/
หรือ ช่องทางที่ธนาคารกำหนด ทั้งนี้ ในกรณีที่ผู้ขอใช้บริการได้มีการให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบุคคลอื่น ผู้ขอใช้บริการมี
หน้าที่แจ้งให้บุคคลดังกล่าวทราบถึงรายละเอียดการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและสิทธิตาม
ประกาศนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวดังกล่าวด้วย
For the use of the Bank’s services, the Bank will collect, use and disclose the Applicant’s personal data and/or any
other person’s personal data provided by the Applicant to the Bank for the purpose of providing services in
accordance with this terms and conditions and any other purposes as prescribed in the Bank’s Privacy Notice. To
understand how the Bank collects, uses and discloses personal data and the data owner’s rights in accordance
with the Personal Data Protection Law, the Applicant may further read such Privacy Notice as announced by the
Bank on the Bank’s website namely www.scb.co.th and/or any other channels prescribed by the Bank or to be
further changed and notified to the Applicant by announcing on such website and/or any other channels prescribed
by the Bank. In addition, in the event that the Applicant has given any personal data of any other person, the
Applicant shall notify such person of the details relating to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data and
rights under such Privacy Notice.

9. ผู้ขอใช้บริการตกลงผูกพันและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้ รวมทั้งตามที่ธนาคารจะได้กำหนดเพิ่มเติม แก้ไข หรือ

เปลี่ยนแปลงในภายหน้าทุกประการ ซึ่งธนาคารจะได้แจ้งให้ทราบ และ/หรือประกาศแจ้งเป็นการทั่วไป ณ ที่ทำการสาขา
และ/หรือบนเว็บไซต์ของธนาคาร อันได้แก่ www.scb.co.th และ/หรือช่องทางอื่นตามที่ธนาคารจะกำหนดต่อไป ยกเว้นการ
แก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง และ/หรือเพิ่มเติมที่ส่งผลให้ ผู้ขอใช้บริการเกิดภาระหรือความเสี่ยงเพิ่มเติมตามเกณฑ์ที่ธนาคารแห่ง
ประเทศไทยประกาศกำหนด ธนาคารต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากข้าพเจ้าก่อน โดยให้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของข้อกำหนดและ
เงื่อนไขนี้ด้วย
The Applicant agrees to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions, including those to be further
added, amended, or modified by the Bank in all respect, provided that the Bank will inform the Applicant and/or
generally announced at the Bank’s office or branch and/or on the Bank’s website namely www.scb.co.th and/or
any other channel to be provided by the Bank in the future, except for the addition, amendment or modification
which results in increasing the burden or risks to the Applicant in accordance with the Bank of Thailand’s
regulations, the Bank shall obtain consent from the Applicant before such addition, amendment or modification;
and that such terms and conditions shall form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
