What to check
Check for the operator lever funtioning
Check for any play in the lever
Check the hydraulic oil level
Check for any damage to rocker arm
Check for the oil hose connection between multifunctional valve & braking cylinders.
Check for the functioning of brake cylinder
Check for the hoses with the standard size & capacity
Check for any blockage in hoses
Check for the working of multifunctional valve
Check for the lever connection with the hst direction control arm
Check for the belt proper tension
Check for the hydraulic oil leve
Check for the proper connection of HST pump
Check for the pressure & oil circulation by dismounitng the hoses of HST
Check for filter choking
Check for the splines sleeve & splines of driving shaft of HST
Check for the output power of the HST by dismounting the hst
Check for the gear box
Check for the fouling of parking brake lever with HST
Check for the proper movemnt of rockere arms
Maintain the speed (slow) of the reel by adjusting the reel drive pulley opening
Check for the cutt of switch
Start the machine by engaging the reverse forward lever in reverse slot
Check for the cleaning of the diesel filters
Check for any blockage in diesel pipe.
Check fo the tappet clearence
