 Customer churn analysis (Academic project)
Performed the customer churn analysis through logistic regression there by identifying the
potential drop out customers for telecom organisation. Using RFE identifying the top 15 features that
affects the Churn rate. Some key features were Contract type, phone service, payment mode.
We were able to predict the churn rate at about 73% accuracy.

 INCOME CLASSIFICATION MODEL BASED ON CART

In this project, we have performed analysis and exploration of Adult Census Data to come up with important
attributes of data. Further, after performing EDA we have built decision tree for classification to predict
whether income exceeds $50K/year or not. We have got accuracy of 85.05% using GridSearchCV and found
race, gender, capital loss and capital gain as most important predictors.

Responsibilities

Analysing daily delivery report of the SKU’s to the shop and losses incurred due to delays and item loss.

Analysing daily PNL of various SKU’s and giving the feedback to the procurement team.

Making dashboards for daily metrics and analysis on sales, operations, logistics and procurement so that the
respective managers can look upon the daily reports and operations of the company.

Providing analysis, designing and formulating incentive plan for the concerned team like procurement, sales.

Achievement:

 Had design all the metrics and dashboards for the procurement team of the company’s new venture in
Chennai and giving them the insights about the loss incurred on daily basis and margin they make. Within
2 months the procurement reached to 50 tons.
 Had analysed the loss occurred due to delivery delays because of high transit time and suggested the
delivery to begin at 01.30 AM instead of 3.30 AM. This resulted in decrease in loss due to transit issue.
 Increased the margin on non-perishable SKU’s by studying the pattern of Total Cost Price and Selling
Price.
