1 PLUMBING
1. Prepare the water line connection to wash basin as shown in the sketch (Fig. 1) using
plumbing components like pipes, elbows, reducers, gate valves.

2 Prepare the water line connection to the tap as shown in the Fig. 2 from the main water line
using GI pipes, GI reducers, valves and clamps.

using PVC pipes, PVC reducers, valves and

4 Prepare threads on the GI pipe using threading die, pipe vice and prepare the plumbing
connection as shown in the Figure. 4.

Make a Dove Tail joint from the given wood pieces as shown in the Fig.

1 SHEET METAL
Draw the development and prepare a sheet metal tray of size 40mmx20mmx6mm
(LxWxD) using sheet metal.
2 Prepare a sheet metal tray from the development given in the Fig. 9. All dimensions are
in mm.

3 Make a funnel from the given development (Fig. 10) using sheet metal. All dimensions are in
