SPN'II dated 17.01.2019 vide which revised ,Guidelines for transfer,was crrculated
to all Postal circles. References were received from various postal circlee / service

21.01.7992 regarding intra- guidelines in the matter. As such,
divisional transfer under Rule. instruction dated 2t.07.L992 is not
