Create a three-fold brochure on how to fight Covid19 and tips on how to stay safe and healthy during this
pandemic. Refer to the picture shown for your activity. It contains the parts of the brochure and what to write
in the parts of the brochure. Use Short bond paper for this activity.

ACTIVITY 4: TYPOGRAPHY ART

DIRECTIONS: You will create an art using letters. Your letters will create a shape or any kind of art. You may
also use coloring materials to add emphasis on your art.
Use short bond paper, pencil or ballpen or pentel pen, or any coloring materials for your activity.

ACTIVITY 5: MY WEBPAGE

Now that you know the different parts of a webpage, you can create your own webpage design.
Make a webpage about you. Be sure your webpage has the following:
 Use markers, pencils, pens and crayons to draw pictures on your webpage that tells something about
you.
 Websites use links so people can find more information on the web. Links can be about your friends,
family, hobbies, favorites, or anything about you.
 Don’t forget to add links to your webpage.
 Be sure that your webpage has a logo, header, slider, navigation menu, and footer.
ACTIVITY 6: MY PACKAGING BOX

Create a design for the die line given below. Use markers, pen, and any coloring materials to draw pictures of
your packaging design. Don’t forget to include the following in your design:
 Logo of your company
 Name of the product
 Pictures or drawing of the product
 Manufacturers name and address
 Barcode (optional)
 Address of the company, contact number and website.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION!

Use the illustration below for your activity. Cut and assemble the box. Take a picture of the final
output and send it to the messenger of your teacher.
ACTIVITY 7: FINAL OUTPUT

This time you will make all the outputs that you have learned from our module.
You will open a MILK TEA SHOP in your home. You will need to create the following:

 Logo of your company


 Brochure
 Poster
 Webpage design
 Packaging box

1. Draw the logo of your milk tea shop in a short bond paper.
2. Your brochure will include the name of your business, logo, slogan, opening date, and milk tea offerings in
your business.
3. Your poster will include the opening date of your business, logo, artwork, body copy, slogan, and headline.
4. Your webpage design will include logo, menu, navigation menu, slider and footer.
5. Your packaging box will include logo, artwork or picture of the product, barcode, name of the business,
address, contact number and website.
