CK20S & 22 Gear Pump Improvement(updated)

1. Problem: Old gear pump can be broken under heavy load, especially with backhoe application.
2. Solution: The gear pump is improved by adding some lubrication grooves
as shown in the chart below.

4. Service tip
1) When replacing the gear pump with new one, be sure to check if the flow control valve
(T2360-38302) is contaminated with the metal chips from damaged gear pump.
2) Disassemble the main relief spool and flow control spool to clean the debris stuck
in the flow control valve.
3) Check if the spool is moving through the sleeve easily.
4) If necessary, replace the flow control valve assembly(T2360-38302).
