1000 HRS. Ast.Engr reported to master vessel groundıng at position

due to PILOT Turnıng the vessel wrong way
1001. Master & PILOT on bridge and took over command of Bridge, check vessel. Position by taking cross
bearing from fixed shore object Taılor smıth dock yard And compare with position and confirmed vessel
position ıs grunded . And hoist the day signal of grounding. Three Black Balls In A Vertical Line.)

1002: Inform Company DPA and all concern parties (Agent, Charterer) vessel aground.vessel's port side
amidship found grounded.
1004 hrs. Inform port operation and mpa Maritime Department by VHF channel 14 & 16
1006 hrs. Inform all vessel in the vicinity by VHF CH- 16 and by DSC.
1010 hrs. Inform P & I insurance.
1011 hrs. Raise emergency alarm and announced by PA system and all timings recorded in the deck log
book & bell book.
1012 hrs. All crew mustered at the muster station and head count and report to the bridge.
1015 hrs. Check and isolate all ignition sources in way of grounding damage. Check sounding surrounding of
the ship, all db tank,side ballast tank and cargo tank, forepeak and aftpeak
1016 hrs. Calculate tide(time and height of high water and low water).low tide is running.
1017 hrs. Check all machinery equipment in E/R.All found OK.
1018 hrs. Isolate air supply fans
1019 hrs. Sounding of all tanks and surrounding of the ship finish. Sounding of the surrounding of the ship
found as:PORT FWD-2.0m STBD FWD-2.2 PORT MID-2.8m STBD MID-4.2 PORT MID-3.6m STBD MID-3.8
1020 hrs. Transfer ballast as instructed by bridge.5P and 5S de ballasted.
1021 hrs. Check fire hazards. All found OK.
1022 hrs. Check accommodation AC system on and monitoring accommodation atmosphere.
1025 hrs. Tranfer bunker as instructed by bridge. Check any ingress of water in the cargo tank and db tank.
all are OK.
1030 hrs. Check any ingress of water in E/R,all fuel oil, lube oil storage tanks, E/R void spaces and
cofferdam. All are OK.
1032 hrs. Check surrounding of the ship for oil pollution. Everything found OK.
1040 hrs. Check vessel stability.
1041 hrs. Vessel is floating.
1042 hrs. Vessel start proceed to berth
1050 hrs. Tug push
1051 hrs. Use engine and vessel proceeds Taılor smıth dock yard jetty.
1100 hrs. Vessel berthed. Inform to DPA by ship phone and drill over.
